    @VodafoneIN Don't recharge in vodafone...Use other network...There is no network...They will not solve your complaint.

    @ViCustomerCare kindly assist. My father's phone is 5G enabled, since the past few days he is not getting a network, shows only the "E" symbol. Tried through customer care too. But no resolution yet.

    @ViCustomerCare It's ok. Vi service is worst. It takes so many days just for allotment of number. Gallery says number is available cc says unable to find if available or not. And what's logic bhind this ke only post paid available no prepaid? Isn't this loot?

    @ViCustomerCare Dude u can't see how much I'm frustrated and angry! I contacted u through Vi app Vi gmail Website FAQs calls every possible way! And now I'm telling u one last tym solve my problem I'm facing network issues till yesterday and 7027474297 that's my registered num.

    I've been a loyal customer for 15 years, but I received a message stating my number (9999458525) will be permanently disconnected due to DOT instructions. I visited the Vodafone mini store at Sarita Vihar, but didn't get any help. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I am extremely frustrated with Vi services. My internet speed is very poor, not even like 4G. Videos are not downloading, websites are not opening, and even the Vi app is not loading. I have contacted customer care many times, but no one is solving my issue.
