    Dear @ViCustomerCare I was presented with a bill including charges (1294.96rs)for the calls which I did not make. After raising the concern received a complaint number. @ViCustomerCare closed the case without investigation & issued 500rs waiver in bill amt. #poorservice

    @ViCustomerCare its been 10 days network range is not proper in my area. 4G internet is not working. All complaints made via app and 198 are being closed without resolution Everytime customer care asks for 3 more days Pls let me know if issue will take longer i will port

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafonein1 Take action on complaint ID 3-116591081642 dated 9/6 10.39 raised by Rahul CCO If not possible by the EOD kindly arrange for number PORT VI is not happy by getting bills properly on time from me so making atmosphere for number port VI- revert ASAP

    @ViCustomerCare . . . and I am waiting for a third debit from @ViCustomerCare for an unasked for service, to shift my entire family's account away from #VodafoneIdea It's for the same reason we shifted away from Vodafone decades back.
