    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone only cares for new customers and not for existing customers.. When you can sendnew Sim card to new customers but not to existing customers since it will be security issue.. Can someone explain me this?

    @ViCustomerCare Time and again I'm getting the same reply, but no one is bothered to resolve. No one is even updating me on this. Is that just because I still care and trying to stick with you guys? Shall I port to another service provider to get better service?

    @ViCustomerCare I can't activate my GPay or PhonePe account because the activation SMS is not going through. My SIM is active and it has balance. I have been facing this issue for last two weeks. Any solution?
