    by not telling that to me. Also the representative told me that JIO have cheated with me by giving me postpaid sim and I will face consequences. @TRAI please help to tale action if @ViCustomerCare or @JioCare are doing malpractices or misleading customers.

    @ViCustomerCare I have done many complaint but they are not resolving my issue of recharge. I strongly recommending to all pls don't go with vi network because the customer support is very bad...

    Please suggest how to switch multiple numbers in family plan from @ViCustomerCare to another service provider. It seems neither @ViCustomerCare is able to manage customers in Family Plan nor able to provide better services. @sastryy #badservice

    @JioCare I am already using ur service, i think using two sim of @JioCare is still a better idea than using jio & @ViCustomerCare. Once the validity of 3 months expires i will happily port my no. to Jio.

    @ViCustomerCare is this a joke? Why are you not checking the dm? At first a lady from your customer care from number (+9116292245044) called and misbehaved then to harass withdrawn service from my number EVEN AFTER PAYING BILL ON 29TH JULY AT 12:30 PM..

    @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare I talked about 10 Vodafone customer care agent because my recharge is stuck but they all are reading the same script of taking....And not resolving the issue

    @ViCustomerCare I haven't got any call from this number. I am getting calls from everyone on my Jio number except yours. If you really want to resolve the problem then call me now. It's humble request as I am missing many important official as well as personal calls.

    @ViCustomerCare Really is very third class network, i am sending my number on around 11.00 but still I don’t receive any call or message from VI. I getting very third class service and network.
