    I would like to know whether vodafone is pledged to harass its customer or they in the market to serve? I have balance abv 200 in my account but unable to make or receive calls since 10-15 days. Expecting an early resolution on this. I'm on international roaming @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare The whole day vodafone network doesn't work for whatsApp msg delivery, never to watch YouTube, neither for any google search, and even don't allow us to call anyone at emergency, coz twice for 2 mins we need to hear corona awareness same instructions at whole pune pcmc region

    @ViCustomerCare Consider this comment as feedback. There are many good recharge plans being carried by you at the present time, but all these services have no meaning. I have been facing low Internet speed issue from a long time. Customer care did not resolved my concern yet.
