Me and my father had Idea postpaid numbers with 2 year ARP 700 plan. Last year, Idea merged with Vodafone & our numbers were converted into Vodafone. Though we were assured that nothing will change, neither no's nor plans. (1/2)

I already sent network and signal diagnostics frm my side, stil they are asking for more!
