@mendeepak @VodafoneIN @Idea @airtelindia @reliancejio @reliancejio is a chutiya network. Their customer care and network both sucks. I have been complaining since a year. Even their paid servants tell lie, came to my home dhring my office time told there he is getting 10mbps speed but i do get highest speed network of 20 kbps.

Switch from @reliancejio to @Idea, @airtelindia, @VodafoneIN or @BSNLCorporate take smart decision now. @reliancejio bad service, bad network speed, bad support even at Odisha when other networks are standing @reliancejio still made people disappointed.

@VodafoneIN It has been addressed but not resolved. As per our discussion it was said that Vodafone cannot help in Mobile Shield claim. Mobile Shield is a different team.. Make some sense @VodafoneIN Dont keep dumb associate atleast !

@VodafoneIN As expected will never get a call back nor any reply @CGreivance @TRAI. Seriously are we really in @20thcentury. Are in the @stoneage. Where the @globe is going to wards @5g and our country is still struggling to get to #3g speed. Shame on us.

It's just the #cooperate @telecoms provider have taken the crowd for #granted it hardly matters for service as long as public is happy with @YouTube @PUBG that's the way the telecoms outlets check speed.

Facing severe network issues on @VodafoneIN from a couple of days. The speeds on a 4G volte connection is less than 1 mbps. Calls are dropping, and the other party is not able to hear what i am saying at times. This was'nt expected from such a reputed company.

@VodafoneIN Ha ha ha is that a joke @4g supernet I am not able to browse google and talking bout @4g and I seriously believe @TRAI is also with telecoms providers to put normal users In trouble. Seriously cannot relay on any of the service provider in India. As all they take as granted.

@VodafoneIN network seems to vanish completely at times, when I turn on the 4G, it's rarely working o. 4g, if it does dismal speeds. On most occasions shows the connection as 3G or E. Internet doesn't work most of the time and is highly unreliable. Also are you offering Volte in

Hey @ViCustomerCare Your network is so so pathetic that even normal call doesn't get connected. When you call someone, the call gets connected to some random person and I'll be listening to them. It happens atleast 50% of the times. I really got frustrated by this issue.

Is way behind in both 4G and 5G coverage against Jio and Airtel 3. is somehow confident enough to raise their prices to 5G network rates while giving mediocre network performance in half the country

@vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare I purchased a new SIM with a condition that it will be added in family plan. Despite repeated call and mentioning this to delivery guy, it is not done. Now asking me to visit your srore. This is not acceptable and hence sending request to close services of my 2 mobile number. Your customer care is useless.
