Seriously cannot relay on any of the service provider in India. As all they take as granted.

I have been complaining since a year. Even their paid servants tell lie, came to my home dhring my office time told there he is getting 10mbps speed but i do get highest speed network of 20 kbps.

I even discourage ppl to get it. Vi doesn't train it's ppl for customer retention, if it wasn't for Jio/Airtel it would have been boasting till date.
