    @VodafoneIN is a cheater company,Deducting balance without any reason and not refunded when asked for it. For the 2nd time it happened to me .Worst company. Thinking to port it to some other telecom company. Even I will ask my family and friends to port as well. Airtel is better.

    My family member wants to port number from @ViCustomerCare to @JioCare but VI is not allowing to send port message to 1900. What to do. We have called customer care several tikes and every time they say it will be resolved by morning. Pls guide @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare I've sent you all the requested details! Just to inform you I'm not going to you VI app for this! I don't want to experience terrible service anymore! I want this to be fast-tracked. Also, the problem is not only mine, it's for whole town! All are disturbed with poor VI service.

    @ViCustomerCare I am not satisfied with your service, only a call came and said "esey jada hum network provide nhi ker sakte" I am facing this issue from last 6-8months but nobody's from so called vi team engineer bother to came on given address.
