@VodafoneIN is a cheater company,Deducting balance without any reason and not refunded when asked for it. For the 2nd time it happened to me .Worst company. Thinking to port it to some other telecom company. Even I will ask my family and friends to port as well. Airtel is better.

@ViCustomerCare looks like you want to shut down your business. Not acting on customer feedback is not how you run a service based industry. Data Pack has been recharged as a booster since my existing plan data allowance exhausted.

@ViCustomerCare I have also de-linked my secondary number from the existing plan by converting that number to Prepaid. Now I don't think there should be any further issues but still there are some pending contractual obligations at your end.

@SahilBulla @ViCustomerCare Never go for @ViCustomerCare....While buying connection they will call you 1000 times and do marketing and once u buy the connection they wont give a damm.....Its one of d worst customer support

@ViCustomerCare If you want to help, first take her down from that position. The way she talks, I'm pretty sure she doesn't have the basic qualification to be a customer support representative. Otherwise every single customer to whom she will be assigned, they will ditch Vodafone just like me.

@ViCustomerCare worst customer service ever. Called from a Vodafone store to convert my postpaid to prepaid sim, the lady kept taking decisions on my behalf without accepting my request. She mentioned her name as Swarnali Roy. Ditching Vodafone forever.
