    @VodafoneIN is a cheater company,Deducting balance without any reason and not refunded when asked for it. For the 2nd time it happened to me .Worst company. Thinking to port it to some other telecom company. Even I will ask my family and friends to port as well. Airtel is better.

    Call to senior executive. Again we wait for 20 min for informing our issues. I think worst management forever. Totally wasted money to recharge @ViCustomerCare pack. Huge problem in maximum area 1. Poor net connection. 2. Call drop issue 3.Rude behaviour with customers.(3/4)

    @ViCustomerCare R u going to resolve this issue??? Or you are actually planning this so 1 by 1 your customers leaves you. If i dont get a resolution in a hour now or at least a call to explain what is the timeline definitely going to switch to @airtelindia
