@VodafoneIN is a cheater company,Deducting balance without any reason and not refunded when asked for it. For the 2nd time it happened to me .Worst company. Thinking to port it to some other telecom company. Even I will ask my family and friends to port as well. Airtel is better.

@ViCustomerCare I lost a 12-year-old prepd sim, I headed to vi store to reissue the same number. Lady said I won't be able to get the same number in prepd but can get it in postpd. After my 3rd visit she gave me a sim and said it'll be actv in 24 hrs. 2days gone still no network.

@ViCustomerCare - absolutely pathetic customer service. No resolution even after 6 days of complaint logging, a new ticket is logged to buy more time, appallate is not answering calls, whole system is massively corrupted. @VodafoneIN_News don't ask me for a DM as you don't care
