@VodafoneIN is a cheater company,Deducting balance without any reason and not refunded when asked for it. For the 2nd time it happened to me .Worst company. Thinking to port it to some other telecom company. Even I will ask my family and friends to port as well. Airtel is better.

@ViCustomerCare This network claims fastest 4G in my town and it doesn't even allow me to watch 2 minute video in YouTube. Not even in 144p. Vodafone was way better off without idea cellular merge.

@ViCustomerCare I have sufficient main balance in my sim but service validity expired. If I recharge with 16 or 19 plan which has 1 or 2 day service validity, then can I use my that main balance to send SMS?

@ViCustomerCare @airtelindia @reliancejio 2) Should I have to wait until they fix it in near future, like Vi customer service said in SMS. But the point is, is that acceptable? I recharged 699₹ in my number, plan: unlimited calls for 84 days and 4 GB data per day. Vi can you give me refund for that?
