@VodafoneIN is a cheater company,Deducting balance without any reason and not refunded when asked for it. For the 2nd time it happened to me .Worst company. Thinking to port it to some other telecom company. Even I will ask my family and friends to port as well. Airtel is better.

@ViCustomerCare I already contacted the Customer Care previously, I know the drill, you will only ask me to change some settings in my phone and that's it, there is no problem with my device, other service provider's cards work fine in it, you need to improve your signal quality in Kurla west.

@ViCustomerCare very pathetic service by VI. I used to recharge Rs. 449 for 56 days which offers double data i.e.2GB/day +2 GB/day. Now they have hiked the plan charges and even benefit of double data is also stopped without communicating. Next recharge i am surely port out
