    @VodafoneIN now I have shifted to a hostel in Varanasi besides hotel Rivera palace. At there is no network coverage. I didn't even call any person.after tying 6-7 time then call outgone.. I request you to please resolve this issue because we are students and we need net and call

    @VodafoneIN Worst network service provided by you people. Not able to call and browse internet since 3days Either @VodafoneIN should improve network services or we have to shift with other operators

    Hi, My name is sumit kumar and I am using vi sim since 7 months but network issues not solved. Every months I had raise a complaint , still my problem not solved and networking team update wrong remarks Every time and my complaint resolved. Very bad experience. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare you talk about Giganet and In my village,there is no network coverage of yours. You can't even make a call, can't send a sms. Your customer care doesn't respond. VoLTE ka Achar dalunga. Worst network operator VI👎👎

    @ViCustomerCare You must be kidding... I have got 5 numbers and all my 5 numbers have issue with their handset. There is an issue with your system, records, service. seems porting out is the best option here
