    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneIN @TRAI if there is no network then how you can able to call me. Then you will write a message that we are tried to call you but can not . You have to fix this issue any how.

    @VodafoneIN Which type of response do you want . There is no network in my phone and this is problem and I don't have any alternate number. He just do very simple task - fix the issue and if cant plz let me know so that I can port to another provider .

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare This is extremely frustrating. I’ve followed up multiple times but still have no network If this is not resolved ASAP, I will be forced to port my number to another operator. Please take this seriously and resolve it urgently.

    @ViCustomerCare As per my talk with customer support executive, below are the 2 suggesttion 1. Plz introduce some incoming OTP plans with low value and limited period 2. There should be less validay talk time/period recharges should be there for occasional user. Currently there is 179 plan only

    @ViCustomerCare my 76 YO aunt was forced to port her airtel prepaid to VI. And take a family plan 701. She was taking back her deceased husband's number as a remembrance. The vi store at nalasopara west didnt inform her about the 451 plan. Is this how VI is happy to help?

    @ViCustomerCare I ported my Jio SIM to Vi around 4–5 days ago, but my Vi SIM is still not activated. Currently, both incoming and outgoing services are not working. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest. Thank you.
