  @ViCustomerCare It has now been more than 2 months, yet nothing has changed. When I asked why the new site has still not been installed, I was simply told that another visit would be arranged, and the call was disconnected. Now I have again received a message saying my complaint has been closed

  @ViCustomerCare Your own field engineer assured me that a new site would be installed and my network issue would be resolved within 15 days. It has been much longer, and nothing has changed. Now you are saying my area is not adequately covered by your network.

  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Village Hathdihan, Dawath, Rohtas, Bihar (PIN 802226) has severe network issues — frequent call drops, unusable data. Ref MUM-N02154197536 still unresolved. Whole village affected. When will coverage be fixed? #NetworkIssue #Bihar

  @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare The executive first denied raising any SR, then claimed my documents had been sent to the backend office with an SR form I was never asked to sign. As a 6+ year Vi REDX customer, making 3 visits for a basic KYC update is unacceptable.

  I purchased 3 Vi postpaid numbers and paid a total security deposit of ₹900. However, I still haven't received my security deposit refund. This is disappointing. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. @ViCustomerCare
