  @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial network site of Vi situated at AT- KHAJURIAKATA, PO- BALIMI,BLOCK-HINDOL,DIST-DHENKANAL, ODISHA, PIN-759020 is down since 2 days. Kindly get it recovered soon. Or else we have to port out from VI. Both 4g and 2g is down here. Mob- 7992848608

  Finally I want to say THANK YOU @ViCustomerCare After 2years network issue resolved. Special thanks to Nakib Choudhary, DT Engineer, who personally visited the tower site and spent nearly an hour in my room, carefully checking and fixing the issues.

  @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare Had booked a home delivery of prepaid sim and paid the amount too. 60hours passed now. Still have no clue, no call, no message. I called up customer care number but they have given fake promises. FEELING CHEATED.

  Dear @ViCustomerCare, I got my SIM ported to Vi through a roadside vendor 2 days ago. The vendor told me that an unlimited recharge was included with the porting process, but after my SIM got activated, I found that no recharge has been done. The vendor is not available now, and I am unable to make calls. Kindly look into this issue and help me activate the promised recharge as soon as possible. I can share my mobile number and other details via DM. Solve the issue immediately

  Trying to contact Vi customer support, but I haven’t received any response via email since morning. I’m also unable to connect with a customer support agent. Really disappointing customer service. @ViCustomerCare, please look into this.
