    @VodafoneIT Thanks for your reply, but still @ViCustomerCare didn't respond. I paid the amount and I can't make any phone calls yet. Only option left is just switching to other port rather using vodafone. Using for nearly 10 years and quitting now for your poor service right now

    @ViCustomerCare Recharge of amount Rs. 699 was done at 10 A.M. but not to the account till now. The customer care is replying that it will take 1 week sortout. And not entertaining the complaint properly. Please Help!!

    Dear @ViCustomerCare Please improve signal reachability in the region of Punjab and Haryana. It has been become a miserable experience without a signal and using a trouble-free internet has become a dream in the region for last 3 weeks. Work and studies both have affected.
