@rakshaskitchen @ViCustomerCare I recently faced this problem with my grandmother's mobile. Problem is your sim card is corrupted. You can get new sim card in Vi store (Do this only if you're sure that there is no network issue) #Vodafoneidea

Finally i am coming back to @JioCare I did a mistake to take @ViCustomerCare I never seen such a irresponsible network.sad to say that once upon a time it was the best network. They even not registered my complaint in multiple times.
