@AdityaBirlaGrp @VodafoneGroup I tried best to be in Vi but customer service (Vi store) & Vi backend team forced for Port Out. With unethical method, Vi can.retain a customer for additional 1 month but not for long. Please look in ground reality and management. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare customer service is very bad my my main balance cut without any information. Not refund till 12th february 2022. Customer care promise your balance refund will be 11th february 2022.
