    @ViCustomerCare Ported my SIM to V! on Saturday, Order: DCHD 16052631215 and also completed a 84-day recharge based on the assurance that SIM delivery would happen the same day. Till now, there is no response from V! side. I have called customer care (8141018180) three times,1/3

    @ViCustomerCare I have been raising issue with my vi simcard since last week that I am not able to send any messages on any number even though I have already have pack necessary.I have also mailed it but the issue was resolved without any resolution.

During porting 10 people called ,now when they deliver a defective sim I have to go out in 43 degrees heat and get it resolved , what was originally VI's fault @Vodacom @ViCustomerCare now I lose 7 year old no

    @ViCustomerCare Internet down since 6AM today. 2 times gave call to customer care. they are saying system is upgrading. Why VI upgrading system in morning peak time, why it cant be done in mid night just like Banking sector.
