    @ViCustomerCare I am getting rude calls from Vodafone for payments that are due next month. They threaten in crude Hindi to pay immediately. They threaten to make tens of calls. I have complained to customer care who tell me cannot help you.

    @TRAI, @ViCustomerCare I am trying to Port my no to other service providers due to poor network and call droppings, sent msg to 1900 but not received reply for UPC from Vodafone.. They even not support on closure of the services .. what a shame ….

    @ViCustomerCare @vodfonegroup, Dont you train them to update customer feedback in the system when i told them i will be coming back on saturday then call me. Still they keep on calling. This i have told before also but none of you people listen.

    No service provider provides this much benefits. Once you recharged your vi with a hero unlimited plan, you will never going to get the message that your 50% or 100% data is used, really appreciate @ViCustomerCare @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @VodaIdea_NEWS

    @ViCustomerCare Got call from your great networking team. She says my network issue will not be resolved now and I should wait till the time new tower comes in place. Thanks for the humiliating call. It served as final nail in the coffin.

    Why is it that I’m getting spammed by vi customer care calls if I want to port out of Vodafone? I’ve received 20 calls in only today’s date. At no point would I want to come back to this network. Especially after this harassment. STOP CALLING ME! @ViCustomerCare
