    @ViCustomerCare my family have more than 6 prepaid vodafone connections one of them already applied for MNP from VI to Airtel. We are facing low network coverage and internet speed.

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare too much pathetic service from Vi , voice is cracking too much on call & after calling someone it is totally silent mode , nothing hearing & also facing call drop problem, please resolve the issue @TRAI , when I call customer care always saying temporary.

    @ViCustomerCare It has only been discussed but still unresolved Dakshi. My doors are still open for @vodafoneIN_Fdtn engineers to visit my home, use my phone with the connection and experience the blissful service.

    @ViCustomerCare Past 4 hrs I am struggling with network issue in SVG Nagar, Vijaynagar, Bangalore. This is not the first time. 2 weeks back also I had raised a complaint and today also RF-No C004-123291875885 with a resolution time to be 5th Oct. Why so pathetic service??

    @TRAI I have been facing continuous issues from Vodafone Network @ViCustomerCare. And there is a standard arswer we are working on this but the network issue persists. But there is regular bill and payment on time.

    I’m sure I’m not the first and sorry to say but companies like @ViCustomerCare should shut down shop if they can’t provide basic service to customers. My phone number has been down since 2 days and there is absolutely nobody doing anything about it. It’s a shame.

    O/G call not working but neighbor's Vi number working well at my home! Raised complaint with @ViCustomerCare and on App. Resolution time is 5-days. Really??? Till then if any unforeseen emergency arise n not able to reach anyone due to this issue Will Vi b liable? 1/2 @DoT_India
