@DoT_India I am using Vodafone connection and using DND services since long still getting bombarded with unwanted calls/messages. While I asked @ViCustomerCare to resolve this issue, their team is not even responding to my tweets. Also, @ViCustomerCare denied to raise appeal.

@ViCustomerCare You are also not less than fraud. Continuous Harrasment by continuous deduction of money from account for VAS we customers never requested.. even after sating you blacklisted my number from VAS the deduction continuous.

@ViCustomerCare : Absolutely horrible customer care service with zero follow up and zero resolution of customer problems. I have lodged my complaint almost 4-5 times since 2 months now about my call drop issues. Absolutely Pathetic customer care assistance.
