    @ViCustomerCare my family have more than 6 prepaid vodafone connections one of them already applied for MNP from VI to Airtel. We are facing low network coverage and internet speed.

    @ViCustomerCare It has now been more than 2 months, yet nothing has changed. When I asked why the new site has still not been installed, I was simply told that another visit would be arranged, and the call was disconnected.
