    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone India should be awarded the worst tel comp award in the world. Untrained staff, incorrect information on the website. A nightmare for me & I'm still suffering. Really, I didn't expect such pathetic service. How can the cust sup give incorrect information?

    @vodafoneIN I have postpaid connection. 15thbof each month is the billing cycle. Last evening I made the payment using online bank transaction and I got transaction confirmation from Vi by email. However, my pp connection was still down.
