    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS It is more than 2 days now, and still i am unable to use #Mobile_Internet on my Vi number. It seems that it was a big mistake to PORT-IN to Vi Network from #airtel Absolutely Poor Service by Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare Mam no one from your customer care is reverting properly and not even sending me complain number. I am facing net issue and it is hampering my professional tasks. Also they are saying they also face same problem and they use Jio net.I have recording for the same. My net is slow.

    Good customer service by @ViCustomerCare. Worst service by @JioCare. @reliancejio is not even able to resolve the internet issue in last 2 days. Porting other sim to vi.

    @ViCustomerCare - So thy want you to visit the VI store during COVID to transfer a postpaid sim to prepaid. Why not an online form fill up and send another sim? Don't want to loose fixed money by making the process hard.. Well kudos you lost another customer! #vodafoneidea
