@ViCustomerCare i am not at all able to use the data, there is no proper network signals i have recently reacharged my VI sim with unlimited double data pack and now not able to use evn 20% of total data due to worst connectivity of VI look in this matter .dissapointed by VI

Hi @ViCustomerCare I have been having issues with my network for a few days now, from today the network has just disappeared,not able to call or receive calls not able to use mobile internet, this is very inconvenient, I filed a complaint from vi app also.

@ViCustomerCare I have applied for a new connection for VIP number and also paid the recharge amount. SIM delivery agent details also provide but he is not delivered the SIM. I have called him many times but no response from his side, Pathetic service 😞.

@ViCustomerCare @ViIndia Extremely disappointed! Despite paying ₹600 earlier, I was forced to pay ₹1855.47 again just to restore my services. I’ve paid ₹2455.47 in barely 15 days — with 8 postpaid Vi connections in my family. No proper solution for a week. This is unacceptable

@ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar I already paid ₹600, yet I was forced to pay ₹1855.47 again just to restore my service. ₹2455.47 paid in only 15 days and still no solution! I have 8 Vi postpaid numbers — after 3 months, I’ll disconnect all. Very disappointed with Vi.

Worst service by @ViCustomerCare. I accidentally deactivated the Vi Movies & TV trial included with my postpaid plan (valid till Mar 2026). SMS said I could enjoy it till validity end, yet Vi permanently deactivated it. Unacceptable. Restore it.
