    Dear @ViCustomerCare my outgoing has been barred. Tried all possible ways, from restarting to refreshing. It would be great if you could solve this issue asap. Since outgoing is barred I can't reach the helpline. Thanks.

    @ViCustomerCare I am done with you as no resolution after 20 days or 3 months from the Corporate team. I have all the emails which have all the details. So plz confirm and tell me when you are going to discontinue my service after using 10 years
