    @ViCustomerCare It has been 8 days since your network in my locality is down. Everytime I raise a complaint it gets the status of resolved without actually being resolved. Your customer care team is incompetent. Worst network ever, thank God porting is available @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare Due to Customer Harassment and Pathetic Service, Customers are leaving VI and joining Competition like Airtel and Jio which are offering better Customer Service. Its a rule that what you give comes back to you which is suitable for VI Situation in today's Scenario

    @ViCustomerCare N/w is back 8 days since #CycloneTauktae on its own with no troubleshooting from my end, BUT VERY WEAK SIGNAL(2 bars-iPhone). Kindly boost sig strength, calls dropping/failing else I port out soon. @DoT_India #vodafoneidea #NetworkIssues
