    @VodafoneIN @TRAI Here in our area there is very bad network and the net speed is very slow the volte option is also not there due to bad network. Plz look into this matter.

Now u r saying you're TAT for resolution is 30 April earlier it was 21st April, the issue was raised on 17th April.I need a quick resolution, kindly support

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare - Only if you would ACT and not just provide LIP SERVICE. @DoT_India Last time I got a call, they said I will receive refund in 5 mins, it's already been couple days. Stop considering hard working people as your personal ATM. #ShameOnVodafone #SayNoToVodafone

    @ViCustomerCare has best customer retention policy. I am trying to port my number for last 4-5 days. Recharged with 10rs top up 12 rs sms pack and still not able send port request messege. The error says unable to send. Also I am unable to contact 198.
