    @ViCustomerCare No network in Kasturi Nagar, Bangalore. Complete Black out. Manually selection also done, VI is not coming as an option. tried and inserted sim again. Still no network.

    @ViCustomerCare This is really bad service from Vi. I'm using your service for more than 7 years now and still my issue is not being prioritize. I'm unable to connect while on roaming and this is my primary contact number to receive otps and other communications. Kindly look into this & update.

    @ViCustomerCare Store staff people are charging extra amount on name off migration post to pre which they ask me to pay 50 extra . Where VI customer support team say they not require any payment amount for new sim where I'm not able to get one thing this money.
