    @ViCustomerCare If a Vodafone store manager is not able to resolve my issue how can a twitter team help me. If you really wana help me just guide me with the process for porting. I will sure that is done by your store manager as I had promised them.

    My third consecutive day of visiting a VI store, and still haven’t got my issue solved, @ViCustomerCare my brother got his international roaming activated before going abroad, and now its not working. Please don’t make me visit your store everyday and look into the matter.

    @ViCustomerCare I think you guys need to close the company and start sitting in front of temple....... From last 4 day my mom's 2G phone have better network then my 4g the only difference is mom don't have VI sim. World is growing and our VI is now try to go back to 2G and 3G

    @ViCustomerCare A high ARPU customer who has been on VI net for more than 5 years is being treated shabbily by most renowned operator. Highly untrustworthy and liars VI never leaves an opportunity to ditch you. 7210035318 would haunt VI till the time justice is delivered. Beware

    @ViCustomerCare After so many complaints VI failed to sort out the network issue , network keep on fluctuating from 4G to 3G then 2G . Since yesterday its continuing with 2G. Sort it out asap.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare . I am facing issues with the internet connection. I am unbale to turn on the 3g/4g connection rather than 2g despite having full signal. Please help me out ASAP . Its urgent. Otherwise don't push me to switch. #vodafoneidea
