@ViCustomerCare I insert my vi prepaid sim to another mobile & the sim shows no signal when I insert the same sim to the old mobile there also it shows no signal. When I visited the vi customer care office, they said kyc is pending & now to activate the sim I had to subscribe postpaid plan....

@ViCustomerCare vi only interested in holding their customers but doing nothing for the network. I have been using this network since 2004 at the time of 'hutch' . This is my last year. I recharged for one year plan and the plan ended on November 2026, then I port my number.
