Sometimes they're a bit slow but at least they get back to you. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia defines stupidity. Our company moved out of Airtel 2 years ago because of crappy service & they haven't changed one bit since!

As if they were not bothered about the customer satisfaction. And resolving my issue they asked if you are not happy port the number from postpaid to prepaid.
