    @ViCustomerCare Not able to receive calls but am able to make calls SMS. Caller gets msg that phone is switched off. Have this problem from 28th June. Called customer care, complained on Vi App. Kindly solve quickly & also u shouldn't bill me from 28th till the problem is sorted

    I've recently ported my number from @VodafoneIN to @reliancejio. One thing I really miss about #VodafoneIdea is the quality and options of caller tunes. No service provider have matched that yet. Not even @airtelindia.

    @ViCustomerCare Facing severe network issues in Khadsad – Sarthana Jakatnaka area, Surat (Gujarat) for the last few months. Calls drop frequently, voice clarity is poor, and mobile internet is almost unusable. Please check and resolve this issue at the earliest.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been using your service for this number for last 10 12 years but didn't feel so humiliated before. This is an eye opener for all those who are using Vi Postpaid. Keep your number and sim safe Vi won't allow you to get same back if you loose

    @VodafoneIN I’m raising a serious complaint about your network in Hyderabad. For YEARS, network has been pathetic in most areas. I have an unlimited 5G plan, but 5G rarely shows. It falls back to 4G, where internet DOESN’T work at all unless I recharge separately for 4G!
