VI is providing the worst experience ever than other service providers. Now they will file a complaint and will resolve within 5 days, but no one gets to know what will happen in 5 days.

Meanwhile, I’m being charged for a service that doesn’t work. Stop the scripted responses. Fix the issue or process a refund immediately.
