    Dear @Airtel_Presence I was just moved from @VodafoneIN to you guys in search of better network. But you guys turned out to be much worse. Forget fastest 4G , kindly provide 3G at least at good speed.

    @prashantji83 @VodafoneIN Same issues am also facing complaint karne per kahte hia ye full coverage hai isse jada nhi de payege.. disgusting.. very poor service

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare, I port my no. From @VodafoneIN to Jio before 72+ hours. But the network showing *Emergency Calls Only* now And the retailer was said to me the no. Will Continue/Activate after 24 hours. Please provide me network ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare Why are customers being fooled to provide only incoming service by saying that calls to all networks and National Unlimited as well? Clearly written in the message Only incoming and service call for network.

    @ViCustomerCare Thr network is still poor, the towers are still depleting. And, i still can't access internet properly. Do one thing, apne dukan ki jhap bandh Kar Do. Waise bandh hone wali hain.

    The support from @ViCustomerCare amazed me today. I have been on and off Vodafone user since 2008 but it was never my primary number as the customer care was very poor up until few years ago. But now I can see that they have totally revamped their customer service and it’s way better than @JioCare or @Airtel_Presence . I raised an issue yesterday night and they started working on it immediately. By today evening, my concern was resolved. Less than 24 hours!!! Airtel customer care used to be best in class but now it’s just formality. Jio never learned a thing or two about customer support. But Vi has came a long way and right now best in class.👍🏻
