    @MehtaKiran3 @VodafoneIN @gschahal I'm facing the same problem. I have discontinued a VAS in November'19. Vodafone is charging me every month & then after numerous mails reversing it. Finally I had to complain in the Consumer Helpline. Finally I have not been charged for the VAS this month. #vodafoneidea

    @JAYJS10 @ViCustomerCare Keep collecting proofs that network issues are there. Lodge complain on National Consumer Helpline. And finally, porting out with any other company is advisable as @ViCustomerCare won't be able to resolve network issues.

    To send costing Re 1 a @ViCustomerCare customer should recharge by minimum of Rs 128 although VI network is dead @ViCustomerCare . @DoT_India please be strong
