Vodafone is claiming best network in west bengal bet they are the worst. It's getting in 3g network again & again & again. Though there is a cell tower of vodafone nearby @VodafoneIN @TRAI they're just taking our money but don't give a shit about services

@VodafoneIN i recharged my number coz I want to stay home in this Quarantine time but my network is becoming 2g again & again. You are guys giving ads fastest network in bengal & it feels like worst network of WB.There is a cell tower in our 150 mtr radius though it's 2g again

@ViCustomerCare What a pathetic service you guys have. There is no network in my area (Sarjapur, Bangalore) and on visiting the store, they suggested porting to another network. Is this how you'll retain your customer base?

I converted my sim from Airtel to Vi . I was told to dial 59059 for tele verification when the network appears but upon dialing , the call keeps dropping. I am not able to complete verification. It's urgent. please help @ViCustomerCare #vodafoneidea
