    @ViCustomerCare Hello i am vi sim user My 4g network is shifting to 3g network and it some times come to 4g but with very less network. This problem started around 2days ago. I need a permanent solution for this problem . Kindly look forward to my problem Thank you Aditya

    @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp ..Vi is fraud and Birla’s unable to manage … managers , officers at Vi useless just good for nothing warming their seats … Vi systems are rotten .. they just fool customers … service,customer care pathetic!!

    @ViCustomerCare Still no network and I'm being asked to wait till 10th November. That's just absurd. I'll have no access to OTPs in addition to not being reachable over the phone for emergencies. It'll be easier for me to port!!!!

    @SuryaRSS1992 @ViCustomerCare They will not resolve this issue. They will ask us to recharge more than ₹128 pack for sms.. They are making fools of their customers. They have blocked sms outgoing facility where recharge is less than ₹128. Porting is best option.
