    @VodafoneIN i recharged my number coz I want to stay home in this Quarantine time but my network is becoming 2g again & again. You are guys giving ads fastest network in bengal & it feels like worst network of WB.There is a cell tower in our 150 mtr radius though it's 2g again

    Vodafone is claiming best network in west bengal bet they are the worst. It's getting in 3g network again & again & again. Though there is a cell tower of vodafone nearby @VodafoneIN @TRAI they're just taking our money but don't give a shit about services

    @Ayeshakhaan786 @ViCustomerCare You are getting fake 5g symbol it was actually running 4g but samsung phone sometimes shows 5g icon on 4g network because of this you are getting 5g symbol but your actual data is deducting no unlimited 5g. You can download net monster app and see 5g is showing disconnected

    @ViCustomerCare No needs any DM. Your shortcomings need to be openly revealed here. Your infrastructure is not good, the network is not available outdoors within 500 meters to 1 km of the tower. However, it is being written in the inbox that whatever network is available, we have to accept it.

    @ViCustomerCare it's been 12th days Network and internet is not working problem in every 2 to 5 minutes internet go from 4g to 2g And what have vi dms me back sir use wifi we can't solve your problem And there is no internet issues
