    Vodafone is claiming best network in west bengal bet they are the worst. It's getting in 3g network again & again & again. Though there is a cell tower of vodafone nearby @VodafoneIN @TRAI they're just taking our money but don't give a shit about services

    @VodafoneIN i recharged my number coz I want to stay home in this Quarantine time but my network is becoming 2g again & again. You are guys giving ads fastest network in bengal & it feels like worst network of WB.There is a cell tower in our 150 mtr radius though it's 2g again

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, This is regarding the number I am using from more then 7_8 years. Rs 50 has been charged by VI for some value added services without my permission. I have call at customer care for support,but he has not able to shortout my problem.thatswhy I am texting here.

I was forced to pay more .. your shameless organization can start number same day with billing starting on same day buy for stopping service , it needs 11 days.. and customers should pay for it.. shame on VI..Shame.

    I call Back costumer care they told me sir ur problem was solved already! our Network team mentioned here ,Tell Me @ViCustomerCare how can they mention everything alright? I am complaining last 3-4 Months but not solved yet ! still I am faceing problems.
