  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare My complaint number C004-190157208568 I want a refund since the service that was promised to me was never provided and i have already paid for the subscription. Today marks two days without any calls (incoming and outgoing). Else will go to ombudsman.

  @ViCustomerCare I have the network bar from T mobile but whenever i am trying to make a call, all the network bars are disappearing. Can someone please help me on priority.
