    @VodafoneIN I'm using Vodafone 4G. But the internet speed is most of the times very much slow. Youtube video can't be played then. Very much disappointed!!!

    @ViCustomerCare if we sms STOP Instesd of stopping it activates some other service. Again which noone asked for. Kindly look into this because nobody in our house signed for this service. Check your DM. My balance has reduced. Kindly credit 75 rupees back to the main balance.

    @ViCustomerCare Why make it difficult to download a bill on my computer? You guys made a page that requires an OTP and doesn't accept any OTP! First, you disabled account login and now you don't want desktop users. Force everyone to use the app?

    @ViCustomerCare this is the 4th time it is happening in one year. Random services which noone signed for and then our balance gets debited. We should maintain 0 main balance I think just to prevent you from randomly charging us for this or That Service . REFER TO Dm

    without given any information to customer. Last time when I contacted @ViCustomerCare they told me to update kyc at VI store. Now when I came to update KYC how can the number is permanently closed. Worst service by @ViCustomerCare, @VodafoneFdn. How can I get my number back.??

    @ViCustomerCare I have been complaining about the extra charges since the starting of this month but not getting any solution.i have been mailing but no solutions from there as well. Kindly ask the concerned authority to look into the matter immediately.
