    1/3 I ported my number 9241235759 from Jio to @ViCustomerCare expecting better service. VI later approved a Late Payment Waiver of ₹118. But after port-out to @airtelindia, the same waiver was reversed and added back into final dues.

    @ViCustomerCare, extre disappointed with the service at your Aurangabad, Bihar store (MG Rd, nr JK Hotel). The staff's behave was unprofessional and brutal. I went to buy a new SIM and select a number, but the partner refu to cooperate, acting as if they aren't a formal Vi store.

    @ViCustomerCare When will you updated and resolve my issue ? It's passed approx 5 months to file the complaint to recover my Cellular number. I am sustaining many problems in lieu of my Precious Cellular number.

    @ViCustomerCare Disappointed with the service at your Aurangabad, Bihar store (MG Rd, near JK Hotel). The partner's brutal. I went for a new SIM and a specific number, but was flatly declined and mistreated. This is a storenot a roadside stand do better. 😡 #Vi #CustomerService

    @ViCustomerCare network at my place S K nagar, talikoti 586214 has become too poor. It was good till February. While airtel offers 5g in my town, can I atleast expect stable 4g from VI?

    Dear @ViCustomerCare,@nch1915 unable to send/receive SMS for days. Important OTPs are not getting delivered. Despite multiple calls and complaints on the app, tickets are being closed without resolution. This is not expected in such a competitive market. Please resolve urgently.
