    @VodafoneIN I'm using Vodafone 4G. But the internet speed is most of the times very much slow. Youtube video can't be played then. Very much disappointed!!!

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, I just saw some VAS got activated in my account and an amount of INR 30 has been deducted. I want to discontinue the service and since I am reporting within 24 hours, I want my refund back. You guys just need an excuse to loot the customers....😡😡😡

    @ViCustomerCare i think VI dont need any type of customer that's why you are not listening my complaint. Since few days i am complaning on customer care about the internet speed and network problem.

    @ViCustomerCare You folks are giving very poor service. On Sunday you switched off my 9765004756 number. Which is not yet up & running. Now you have taken my other number which is 9765551318. I want to port out please guide. or I will approach TRAI & consumer forum.1209163

    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to send PORT SMS. Airtel not allowed to Send outgoing SMS even after 79Rs recharge!! At last resort ,I will recharge 129Rs which allows outgoing SMS!! Soon coming to either Vodafone/Jio. Many friends of mine also planning discontinue Airtel & port to other network.

    @ViCustomerCare Already told you that Airtel India port our sim to their network so I don't have VI number.
