    @VodafoneIN I'm using Vodafone 4G. But the internet speed is most of the times very much slow. Youtube video can't be played then. Very much disappointed!!!

    @ViCustomerCare I'm getting no network from past 2 weeks.have complained through vi app, vi helpline and store still no result. So I got no other option then to port to other network What would I do of binge all night when I get no network. 2 weeks is long time if you guys understand.

    @reliancejio I am going to port to @ViCustomerCare . I experience poor signaling issue. Jio team is not fixing they says my location have 100% signal coverage. I am getting 13.7 mbps download speed in vodafone but in jio 1.7mbps. They arent solving this issue. Repeated saying same message

    @ViCustomerCare one of my corporate post paid connection request for plan change since June 2020 but till now it’s not happened when ever I write a mail customer service we will resolve in 24hrs but till now they didn’t complete 24hrs

    @ViCustomerCare I'm getting SMS from Vi stating that your 4G network has been upgraded to provide seamless connectivity. But, I am facing serious network signal issues at my residence and others are not able to reach me on cellphone. Pls fix immediately.
