@VodafoneIN I'm using Vodafone 4G. But the internet speed is most of the times very much slow. Youtube video can't be played then. Very much disappointed!!!

@ViCustomerCare Hey, been calling for 3 days. Have recording of executives giving different resolutions, executives hanging up on me. Have recording of call that caused the issue. Just got hung up on, by an executive. Been customer for 5 yrs. Nice service! #vodaidea #Vodafone

@ViCustomerCare Vodafone only cares for new customers and not for existing customers.. When you can sendnew Sim card to new customers but not to existing customers since it will be security issue.. Can someone explain me this?

But the problem I face is the poor indoor coverage. In order to use internet in my PC, I have to keep my phone over my almirah to get good speed. I hope @ViCustomerCare solve this issue quickly as I really love their offers and benefits they provide compared to their competitors.

@ViCustomerCare I had port my 2 numbers 9811887968 n 9810647968 from Airtel to Vi due to call drop n network issue, but facing same problem in Vi, can I again port to other services provider???
