    @ViCustomerCare You really need to invest in your customer service. I raised an issue KAR-V00701878129. 2 of your executives called me to confirm that the issue has been resolved and restarting the device would do the trick. Yet I'm sitting here making calls from @reliancejio.

    @ViCustomerCare hi.. your services our worst.. My mother lost his phone and we went to Vodafone store for the same no. Before going to store, VI representative told use we would charge ₹50 for lost sim, but Vi store charge ₹250 with postpaid Sim..

    @ViCustomerCare Again I have recharged with the international roaming pack still of no use.. I am just wasting my money. I dont understand when I reached here I was able to receive signal and SMS but now No Signal.. I dont understand what type of service is this??
