    @ViCustomerCare VI needs to understand that we pay to avail the services. If I have to always rely on a different network, there's no point holding onto the connection. It's been a very annoying experience lately. None listens to the problems fully and they are in a hurry to close the issue.

    @ViCustomerCare You really need to invest in your customer service. I raised an issue KAR-V00701878129. 2 of your executives called me to confirm that the issue has been resolved and restarting the device would do the trick. Yet I'm sitting here making calls from @reliancejio.

    @JioCare I already have my secondary connection with Jio. Assuming @ViCustomerCare fails to resolve the issue in time, I would just port my primary as well to Jio.

    @ViCustomerCare How can you not check if ppl are using random supplementary numbers when they sign up? Someone has used my number and not paid their bill. I’m being hounded & threatened by your customer care on a daily basis! I’ve been a customer for over a decade. Fix this

    @ViCustomerCare We are upset with the customer care from VI Pune (Swargate). People from that office keep calling bothering us regarding new plans.We told them many times we are not interested, but still we keep on getting call. Staff is very unprofessional,they don't have ethics

    @ViCustomerCare 8378871635 money deducted on 15 september 2022 at 11;55am. my 35 rupees deducted from the main balance without doing anything i want my balance back to my account..you automatically subscribed to a game plan I am not interested in any service.please return my hard earned money
