    @ViCustomerCare You really need to invest in your customer service. I raised an issue KAR-V00701878129. 2 of your executives called me to confirm that the issue has been resolved and restarting the device would do the trick. Yet I'm sitting here making calls from @reliancejio.

    @ViCustomerCare There has been a unaccounted deduction from your end. I have tried all means to reach the customer care, but with a dead end. I would like a detailed explanation for the dedcution being made without my consent in the name of Fun Portal. @TRAI @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare I already have my secondary connection with Jio. Assuming @ViCustomerCare fails to resolve the issue in time, I would just port my primary as well to Jio.

    @ViCustomerCare VI needs to understand that we pay to avail the services. If I have to always rely on a different network, there's no point holding onto the connection. It's been a very annoying experience lately. None listens to the problems fully and they are in a hurry to close the issue.

    @VodafoneIN numver series +91-87070xxxxx you are saying number is invalid however if I call without +91 it works. @Truecaller default add +91 in historical call. Need a fix on this from both of you

    @abhinav_appurv @ViCustomerCare Mobile phone network is not just about internet, it should have great call quality too. Vi doesn't support wifi calling and its VoLTE sucks, it turns off as soon as call gets connected.

    @ViCustomerCare With Rs.401/- Subscription it seems as if VI is giving 28 Days Service Validity as compliment with Disney+Hotstar VIP Subscription. Noway economically wise and Profitable. After all it is VIP and not Premium Subscription. They can easily offer it @ Rs.299/- !! Is not it?

    @ViCustomerCare @i_annyhero Why does he get 13mbps download speed while i cannot ever hear the other person's voice on the call, and get just over a 100kbps speed? Before you say to "Dm uS tHe DeTailS" I already have, you ignored my messages and never replied back. Just like my ex. Slow claps for you Vi.👏

    So after 3 responses in 5 days from @ViCustomerCare which basically achieved nothing, i managed to visit the V! Store today only to learn that the customer care told me wrong amnt on phone and that i needed to pay 5k in CASH! no card, no e-payment. I mean why?!
