If I have to always rely on a different network, there's no point holding onto the connection. It's been a very annoying experience lately. None listens to the problems fully and they are in a hurry to close the issue.

Even though I have an active plan, callers are frequently told that my number is 'out of reach' or 'switched off.', even BSNL has improved its service here, yet Vi remains unreliable. Please look into this connectivity issue.

The outgoing and incoming calls were suspended and you are charging 1200 for not using vodafone. What's next? 1800/-?
