    @ViCustomerCare You really need to invest in your customer service. I raised an issue KAR-V00701878129. 2 of your executives called me to confirm that the issue has been resolved and restarting the device would do the trick. Yet I'm sitting here making calls from @reliancejio.

    @ViCustomerCare VI needs to understand that we pay to avail the services. If I have to always rely on a different network, there's no point holding onto the connection. It's been a very annoying experience lately. None listens to the problems fully and they are in a hurry to close the issue.

    @VodafoneIN Since I migrated from Vodafone m happy ....now I did not have to face any such problems....

    @JioCare I already have my secondary connection with Jio. Assuming @ViCustomerCare fails to resolve the issue in time, I would just port my primary as well to Jio.

    @ViCustomerCare There has been a unaccounted deduction from your end. I have tried all means to reach the customer care, but with a dead end. I would like a detailed explanation for the dedcution being made without my consent in the name of Fun Portal. @TRAI @jagograhakjago

    @ViCustomerCare @bitbala If the plan has been withdraw so why the customer has to pay the extra amount. Do you know that I am capable to pay that extra amount. And today #VI increased 50 tomorrow it may be 500 or 5000 without #customer consents. I am not capable to pay that increased amount sorry 🙏🙏

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, one of your employees cheated me and changed my existing plan to a upgraded billing plan 999 to 1699 at pretext of adding two phone numbers to my existing plan without charge. I would like to know where I can raise a complaint.

    @ViCustomerCare After almost 15 days, 3 requests, hours chatting with agent, explaining same problem again n again, fraudulent closure of requests, my international roaming still not working. this is how you treat your corporate customer of 10+ years with 3 post paid numbers.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi for my account Rs 60 validity is 8-Oct and it displayed till morning... Now i am going to do recharge so now Rs 60 coupon is not displayed in my account.. Can you pls check and resolve my issue so i can do the recharge my use VI service.
