@ViCustomerCare Bad experience with VI. 24x7 unlimited plan is not working and no contact no. of customer care. Regretting after unlimited recharge. I will definitely port to another company aftet this.

@ViCustomerCare i visiting my nearest vi store last 5 to 6 days to Port my SIM post to pre store sattf very day they told different reasons 1 day service not working another VPN not working another I'd verification pending in that case you didn't give option in Vi app

@ViCustomerCare The number is available & says "Out of service" & the customer care executive says it's not recharged for more than 2 yrs so wonder why don't they allot that number to a new customer. 🤔🙄 A customer os ready to give u business however, u are waiting for someone who isn't paying
