@VodafoneIN @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup @TRAI @rsprasad Vodafone also doing nothing we have many issue in 2G 3G 4G unable to suffering internet as well as calls.....Eralier port done from Jio in Vodafone but issue is same both operators are worst condition........help us Vodafone.......

@ViCustomerCare Vi has the worst customer service ever, was using the Vi app to recharge another number however app refreshed and my number got recharged, apparently no departments can provide a refund and my WhatsApp chat got disconnected by Rey, can I ask TRAI to look into this ?

@ViCustomerCare Pathetic service by vodaphone. I was charged thrice for amazon prime even though I never used it. Although they removed the incorrect charge, to add in the next bill. Now when I ported out from vodaphone they again billed me. @rmstakkar @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare My Mobile number 9794910606 has been barred from calling last 7days but customer care told that this barred by my hanset. Today I submitted the docs at Sapru marg VI store Lucknow but still not got the solutions. How can you barred the service without prior notice
