@ViCustomerCare Recharged for an year on 23rd May2022& bank paid the same on 24th 2 Vi but not recharged!again paid on 27th May & got recharged but Vi didnt refund my money for last 21 days,visited vi outlet,customer service emails but no use,really pathetic ,shall I go to consumer court or TRAI

@ViCustomerCare @RBI i,ve been using there service for more then 6,7 year but today by mistake i recharge some other no. and when i ask them to divert that recharge to my no. Or refund it they just say they can't do that really disappointed with there service lotting customer
