  @ViCustomerCare Time and again, even after recharging my Vi sim has stopped to work. I can't make calls even to the customer care because of this. It has happened twice now and for some reasons, I am not even able to port my sim. Need help here team!

  @ViCustomerCare in the age of digital and instant resolutions VI takes ages to even get a simple transfer request sorted out. The customer care replies evevery 24 hours with a how I can help you and never really provides a resolution. This is VI - together with customer never.

  @ViCustomerCare you guys are automatically activating VAS services and charging money. It happened last month and it happened again today.This is FRAUD. Remove the service and refund the money. YOU ARE FRAUD AND I WILL BE HAPPY TO PORT TO OTHER NETWORK AFTER THIS BILLING CYCLE
