@VodafoneIN @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup @TRAI @rsprasad Vodafone also doing nothing we have many issue in 2G 3G 4G unable to suffering internet as well as calls.....Eralier port done from Jio in Vodafone but issue is same both operators are worst condition........help us Vodafone.......

@Twitter provide a option to resend the OTP for login authentication. SMS aren't always reliable. @ViCustomerCare @TwitterIndia please ensure that SMS is sent using a proper mechanism and that they dont disappear into a black hole

17 yrs!! (2yrs as Prepaid & 15 yrs as postpaid customer) saw d transition frm Hutch to vodafone to Vi and it all took just a few days for d @ViCustomerCare make me feel miserable.Tnq 4 d sarcastic,callous & pathetic customer service.Porting out bcoz u.🙏🏽🙏🏽
