Yash Nayak (@yashnayak510) reported@ViCustomerCare Main tumlogo ke service se bahut hi pareshan ho chuka hoon. Mere number par na internet chal raha hai aur na hi calls (incoming ya outgoing) properly ho rahi hain. OTP tak receive nahi ho raha, jo ki basic service hai.

I have just been auto subscribed to the Movies and TV service, for which there is no opt out mechanism on your app. Since this is a clear case of fraud, I'm requesting @TRAI to intervene and stop this dark pattern.

VI is providing the worst experience ever than other service providers. Now they will file a complaint and will resolve within 5 days, but no one gets to know what will happen in 5 days.
