Hi @ViCustomerCare, I have been using your sim for 5 years. Day before yesterday the sim stopped working, customer care told me that the sim is registered on someone else's ID. I have this number registered on all my banking platforms. Is this how you treat your loyal customers?

I complained about problems with network in my area to @ViCustomerCare They said they will fix it by 12 Sept now they called me and said that they will fix it in 90 days. Don't port or purchase to @ViCustomerCare
