Been a loyal @ViCustomerCare user for nearly a decade — didn’t switch even during Jio’s free SIM era. This week, I mistakenly did a yearly international recharge. Called, visited store, emailed, escalated — zero help. This is how you treat loyalty? Pathetic. #Vi #Fail

Dear, @ViCustomerCare Bad signals, frequent phone restarts and network switches have to be replaced. Your bad 4G signal has caused a lot of disruption. If you are not going to provide useful services then please don't advertise that we are adding 100 towers per hour.
