    Really very disappointed with your service @ViCustomerCare In our area (sultanpur, ghosi, Mau . Pincode - 275304) . We are facing lots of problem from last two weeks: poor internet , 2G browsing instead of 4G , network and no signal issue. Please fix it ASAP @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone idea it is really pathetic service that we are being provided. We got our family nos ported. The person from Vi who did the porting did not tell is that there will b a verification. Since 2 days our nos are blocked because of failure of verification.

    @ViCustomerCare I contacted to your customer support on 25th april ,was told that nothing could be done about my problem.I believe that this response is unfair. I look forward to hearing from you asap to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you I will file a complaint in TRAI.

    Respected @ViCustomerCare, with due respect, I am writing this to inform you that we are facing trouble in network connection in Dabi district Bundi, Rajasthan. Speed of internet is very poor. I request you to solve this problem as soon as possible. #Vi #vodafoneidea #Network

    @ViCustomerCare Last 30days s Complain p complain kr raha hu, 4g bilkul 2g k tarah kam kr raha h,hr bat yahi kaha jata h, sb kuch sahi h, Totally worst 4gNetwork provider company @ViCustomerCare Worst Service, Jio is better than to the VI.

    Very Third class service team can't solve the issue of vi numbers. Complaining last 9 to 10 months. Loss of network after every power cut. Also call drop issue and no volte in today's 5g india. Very third class team. @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @TRAI
