@ViCustomerCare Every time you find some balance in my account, you randomly start a VAS service and charge 30-40 rupees. I have contacted customer care and got all VAS blacklisted. Still I am getting charged. Nice way to loot the customers.

I'm a @ViCustomerCare user In phone call, most of the time - opposite person can't hear anything . Then , i have to make another phone call . Fetching this problem in indoors - outdoors , incoming or outgoing calls . Getting this trouble in 6 out of 10 phone call ! @DoT_India
