@ViCustomerCare 1/2 very pathetic staff at Vodafone stores Laxmi Nagar, East Delhi and Kamla Nagar, north Delhi. By last three days I am visiting the Vodafone store daily for the same work. No one knows about Customer service and don't even know about the company's process.

Dear @ViCustomerCare your network is still too slow, even in my postpaid connection. Your callertune service is still chargeable. Where @JioCare is providing Unlimited free callertune, Netflix, Amazon prime, Hotstar subscription @399 postpaid plan but you provide nothing.
