    @ViCustomerCare VI's network in my village has completely gone bad, the download and upload speed is not good, I had lodged a complaint before also, VI never fixes its network and their engineer says get this setting done.

    @ViCustomerCare Regarding a recent incident with buying new sim with Vodafone, please read this before you buy VI sim or any other services -Absolute cheap, pathetic customer service people -abusive language and behavior -staff is giving threats to come to my house and beat me @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Again same scripted templated reply. Already some 10 execs have already contacted me in last 7 days. None of them had maturity to even understand a simple problem, which is not even a problem. Tired of repeating the same description again n again
