    @ViCustomerCare my Vi SIM card is apparently "dead" since the last few hours. Device shows "No SIM Card". Already tried rebooting, re-inserting and trying it on a different phone, doesn't work. Other SIM cards work perfectly on the same device.

    @ViCustomerCare The number I am facing problem is on 9587986617 I am facing net issue. Sometimes ( like 2 days in a week) My net stops working at all so much so that I can't even send a message at all. I am also getting almost no signals at all. Please solve the concerning issue

    @ViCustomerCare Why don't you write clearly in the scheme, when you don't want to use the data, take the money for recharge and turn off the data at 6 o'clock, very It is ***** and poor quality, will it ever solve this problem or not, I phase the problem last 10 to 15days
