Your infrastructure is not good, the network is not available outdoors within 500 meters to 1 km of the tower. Twice i have raised a request to close my Sim But all u r doing is to cancel my request and reintiate the billing cycle. If you are living in days of your beggary, Than u don't hold any rights to harrase the consumer and earn ur money.
