    @ViCustomerCare I have requested to change my COCP number to IOIP and submitted the KYC docs at your VI store on 06.04.2022. It has not been changed yet and your customer care is not accepting the call from corporate number. Please process urgently.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been having frequent dropped calls. Its very frustrating in emergency situations. The 198 complain number is useless - as it does not have an option lodge complain about poor call quality. Does this company have a working complain number? @DoT_India
