@ViCustomerCare Any update on it, it's being 5 hours from your last response and I don't see any change. This is the service which is been offered to corp. users. @ViBusinessIndia @rmstakkar if looping u in doesn't help the customer then I can imagine the condition of this company.

@ViCustomerCare No response and resolution yet. @ViCustomerCare It shows you're Fraud people who don't know the value of the customers. You're getting salary for doing time pas as you're worthless. No one bother to resolve the issue and no one taking action for the agents which I've mentioned

@ViCustomerCare worst service by VI. Nearly 8 days gone by taking follow up of my number activation & sim change request which was suspended in this month after i lost the phone. I also cleared the all pending bill's & outstandings too. Remember that i m your Corporate cust.

@ViCustomerCare Please first read and understand the issue properly. The issue is not about UPC. It is about rejecting port-out request falsely claiming that Authorisation letter had invalid Donor Name despite the fact that it had correct name as agreed by your customer support on phone.
