@ViCustomerCare Worst customer experience I have had..went to Thakur Village branch and spoke with Tushar who was only interested in Upgrading my plan and not in solving my query. My sim card got suddenly damaged and i replaced it on Sat and today morning again it got damaged.

@ViCustomerCare one of the worst service and i never activated caller tune for my number after i made full talk time you guys activated it and robbed it from me. I have been using vodafone for almost 15 years. One of the worst services.

@ViCustomerCare It’s a harassment mobile service provider. Poorest network entire India, highest charges and most 3rd class customer care. Many people calls for the bill payment which has been paid last week, asked to customer care to stop the connection but that is too not done.
