@ViCustomerCare Bought new Vi Postpaid sim from a dealer, Number is now suspended after usage of 10 days. Bill generated of Rs. 298.18 and dealer took 300 Rs. deposit which is not reflected in the system. Got scammed by Vi India. No help from dealer & Vi.

@ViCustomerCare Those idiots start asking me for my phone number the moment I mail them about anything. Fine. I have forwarded it there again. Let us see if I reach anybody sensible this time around. Surely, 100% of the customer care team cannot be clueless.

Since last few days facing trouble with Vi network, voice calls are getting drop also during on a call internet connection also is going off also I noticed slow internet speed videos are getting buffer. @ViCustomerCare fix this soon.

@ViCustomerCare i am just to talk vi customer care executive but I am failed to do so , I have tried more than 20 times and what the hell your are doing . I can't use my internet but I can use internet on call but as I but the call on hang on the internet service would stop .
