@VodafoneIN The care centre was ***** and I went for postpaid to prepaid request but it seems the staff cannot fulfill the request because laptop system had technical issue and I now have to wait for almost a week or 10 days for it.

@VodafoneIN The Vodafone care centre is pretty bad here in my city Silchar, Assam. when I visited for a service in care centre near district library, the owner opened the centre at around 11:45 a.m and then told the laptop is not working so just work cannot be done, please fix it

Seems Vodafone Idea @ViCustomerCare is in deep trouble. NONE of their staff, including RMs, ever answer calls (loan defaulter-like behaviour), the app doesn’t work. Their service has gone to dogs. Never happened before in past 20 yrs. Sad at such downfall. @AshwiniVaishnaw

@ViCustomerCare I have never seen such an ugly network service in my life. If we tell the network issue, the customer service says that check your handset, what do they think,we are illiterate people who have not gone to school or college? I don't know what service they provide

The network survey confirmed a complete resolution of the problem can take a few months. Till then atleast MCA or VM is needed on a compensation basis but even these are being charged as premium service by @ViCustomerCare
