    @VodafoneIN @rmstakkar Pathetic Experience, Worst Customers Care Service. Since Vodafone is now VI. Its Been 3 Days VI Is Not Able to Help, All SMS Related Services are Stopped By It Self. Also Its Been 2 Months Now After VI Caller-tunes Not Working for IPhone Users.

    @VodafoneIN i can see few VAS activated in application but actually i am not able to utilize it and tried to contact customer care but hard luck. One of the service is Zee5, shows activated in Vi app and not able to use it.. how come you discontinue without even prior informing.

    @VodafoneIN For 1 days I have not been able to access my internet because of network connectivity. All my work based on internet and your network is completely unstable since 2 month so I have no option left, if you do not correct the connectivity then I want to port my number

    @VodafoneIN My plan was expiring on 4th Dec and today I am spammed with messages your plan is expiring today.. I got 599 plan on 11.09.20..even customer service care says it's expiring on 4th.. Sheer nuisance.. WA to saying same.. Why.. Neither I am getting speed..not good way to start Vi

    @Dr_VisheshSingh @VodafoneIN I have retained that Airtel number only to remain connected just in case Jio is down somewhere when I am travelling or within the city. That too doesn't really happen.
