    @VodafoneIN The Vodafone care centre is pretty bad here in my city Silchar, Assam. when I visited for a service in care centre near district library, the owner opened the centre at around 11:45 a.m and then told the laptop is not working so just work cannot be done, please fix it

    @ViCustomerCare 3 months ago Vodafone support team promised with me that after 3 months Vodafone network will vary strong in my area...But issue not resolved yet...very poor service Vodafone team.

    @ViCustomerCare Main balance 35.00 was deducted for the some vas service but I'm not opt for any and tried to contact customer care but only ivr responds. This was second time balance deduction.

    @ViCustomerCare I received confirmation that the VI cannot provide any time lines for any requests and VI team have provided me the details for MNP. Finally I am moving out from VI (idea) after about 20 years. This is the value that you give to the customer who was with you for 20 years.

    @ViCustomerCare can you please improve your network. I can't even play games neither can I watch YouTube properly. You guys are providing 2G network and charging for 4G network. Totally disappointed. I've complained several times through Vi app but all in vain.
