    @VodafoneIN The Vodafone care centre is pretty bad here in my city Silchar, Assam. when I visited for a service in care centre near district library, the owner opened the centre at around 11:45 a.m and then told the laptop is not working so just work cannot be done, please fix it

    @VodafoneIN The care centre was ***** and I went for postpaid to prepaid request but it seems the staff cannot fulfill the request because laptop system had technical issue and I now have to wait for almost a week or 10 days for it.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, I purchased a new Vi SIM over two weeks ago, but it is still not activated. I have contacted multiple Vi stores, but the issue remains unresolved. This delay is causing inconvenience. Please look into the matter and activate my SIM at the earliest. Thanks

    @ViCustomerCare Extremely bad service First I paid a bill of 146 then the bill amount was increased to 296 After that I received a phone bill of 1367 I can't believe this amount extremely poor service and completely unacceptable Very disappointing experience @akshayamoondra worst

    @ViCustomerCare I have reported the issue, this level of unprofessional support & system down issues is not tolerable. Also don't expect me to renew the system this time & I don't need your sales team to call me for renewals as I am already exploring other vendors for the internet.

    @ViCustomerCare Poor network in our area. Calls often don’t connect, voice quality is unclear, and internet service is unreliable. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. World is living in 5G and you guys seems like 2G

    @ViCustomerCare what happen man, don't you wanna give service for the amount that I am paying? The internet is struggling for the past few days. Multiple complaints have been raised via VI app but of no use. I think jio is getting better reception in my locality

    @ViCustomerCare After raising network complaint I was contacted by a srvc person and being asked to perform all network diagnostics myself and send the screenshots. I already sent network and signal diagnostics frm my side, stil they are asking for more! Pathetic cust service and totally unacceptable as these tests are supposed to be performed by the netwrok team after visiting the premises. The person is rude and doesnt listen to my problem drscription

    @ViCustomerCare More than a month. Still no resolution. Postpaid-to-Prepaid migration requested on 2 May. Payment completed. Proof shared. 50+ calls made. Result: Number disconnected and incorrect bill generated. How long does it take to verify a payment and fix a #customer account #Vi
