    @VodafoneIN The Vodafone care centre is pretty bad here in my city Silchar, Assam. when I visited for a service in care centre near district library, the owner opened the centre at around 11:45 a.m and then told the laptop is not working so just work cannot be done, please fix it

    @ViCustomerCare Long time Vodafone customer here. I was on family plan @ Rs. 999/- and for no reason you are changing the plan to Rs.1299/-. I was with Vodafone for long time as the postpaid plans will not change. After becoming VI you are forcing old cust. to leave the network

    Pathetic service at @ViCustomerCare with drastically awful network,inspite of several complaints and several calls nothing .. seems like the aim is to build unsatisfied customers base that’s what seems like the priority.
