    @VodafoneIN The Vodafone care centre is pretty bad here in my city Silchar, Assam. when I visited for a service in care centre near district library, the owner opened the centre at around 11:45 a.m and then told the laptop is not working so just work cannot be done, please fix it

    @VodafoneIN The care centre was ***** and I went for postpaid to prepaid request but it seems the staff cannot fulfill the request because laptop system had technical issue and I now have to wait for almost a week or 10 days for it.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare, my dad is still using an old 2G sim in his smartphone. Do you guys give home delivery of the 4G sim? The customer care on phone asked him to visit the VI gallery, which i think is a little ridiculous in this day and age.
