    Such a worst network as well as worst services from @VodafoneIN . My call on 198 was kept on hold for 30 mins, how ridiculous. @TRAI plz help me I'm facing severe network issues since many years and Vodafone is not helping me out of it.

    @drnngujarathi @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Sir there is worst service by @reliancejio you start data card & within 15/20 minutes without any download your 2GB data got exhausted & this guys give foolish reasons for data exhaustion.

    I can feel the frustration now, it's been more than 6 months @VodafoneIN team not able to solve the simple problem, all they doing to make it worst rather solving in simple. On the top their customers support is pathetic, they as team don't have a proper communication 😂😂

    @VodafoneIN you told me number of times to get back to and promise to solve my issue but I think my decision was correct to move from you after spending more than 5 years 😠 I would request people to don't opt for this service,rather making simple to customer all they makingworse

    @Idea *ucking fed up of your service.Such poor network in my area that i am not even getting 3G range in 2019.Only reason their call center exec. is that we are undergoing a merger please co-operate.Changed my service provider from @VodafoneIN to @Idea and then they merge.

    @Idea @VodafoneIN I ported my postpaid number from Idea to another service in November 2019. All dues are paid from my side in November final bill. My International roaming deposit is still not refunded to me. Please advise🙏

    @ViCustomerCare I see that You guys have increased the PP Bills. I'm paying 470/- for 30 days with 40 GB Internet which is of NO USE. But I'm get'g 3 GB/day for 28 days for 359 only vt prepaid. Porting the service provider is good. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare any plans at your end?

    @ViCustomerCare I am fed up with @ViCustomerCare and Vi. Mails sent are unanswered, billing issues remain unsolved, billing cycle was changed arbitrarily. There is a huge network issue. Plus, the customer service person asked to use WiFi instead, in a rude tone

    @ViCustomerCare standing at Vi Paldi (Ahmedabad) store since 30 minutes. Staff is spending average 30 minutes for one customer, how will this work? Only 2 kiosk working out of 5. Even our time is important. Kindly think about customers as well.
