    @ViCustomerCare Still the network problem continues I have already changed my 1 vi number to bsnl I thing after paying so n increase of rate the 4g is still the worst in vi hope i don't have changed my 2nd vi number to bsnl mumbai everything me put request to port vi promises 4 better network

    Vodafone network is dumb in GOA since noon. Very insecure network, we have regular call drop is common but now,full phone communication off. Thank GOD that whatsapp call is working in the Hotel. @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare you have the shittiest customer service. I had put in a request for change in address for 2 postpaid no.'s in year 2020. First excuse was corona, then came system update due to merger with idea. The last request was given 3 months back. Whats the new excuse now.

    @ViCustomerCare on 13th july Vodafone idea, permanently (no service) my prepaid sim So, i went to their costumer centre on 15th july and i exchange my sim but they again (no serviced ) my number now it's 18th july they said that you have to convert to post paid for 4 months
