@ViCustomerCare How long do i have to wait for the resolution. Still i am not getting single bar of 4g signals on my phone. If you can't provide me the 4g services then stop charging for 4g network. If you will not resolve my network issue then i am gonna switch to other service provider.

@ViCustomerCare any other is utilising my balance by hacking or is the service provider's mischief. please verify. this is repeating and irksome. despite monthly rechargings i could not send SMS or make a call. no option is left except changing the net work.
