@ViCustomerCare Everything has been done and tested, Final sim settings done by the VI store employee. It's been more than 3years now I am facing such kind of issues. Issues will be resolved after complaint and comes back after 3/4 months again. Can you not provide seamless experience?

@ViCustomerCare Where is the benefits for all 3 VI numbers? @ViCustomerCare 28days benefits of previous month and 28days for this month benefits still pending. You're doing fake commitment for the resolution but no one bother to take action against you guy's and no one providing the benefits.
