    @ViCustomerCare I paid my all outstanding bill in 12/11/2021 and got confirmation that next 4hours my No 8879040444 will be activated but not happen. I talking everyday to customer care and visited many times to VI outlet but they are unable to activate my no. Why not I port it

    @ViCustomerCare From last 1 week your network in the evening (from 6 PM to 12 mid night) stops working.Sometimes even not possible to send whatsapp messages. Please solve this problem ASAP otherwise there are other options in my area(Jio, Airtel, BSNL) Area- MusafirKhana(Town area), PIN-227813

    @ViCustomerCare also there is no way to track the detailed report of my complaint request. I can only see the request is open or closed. I can't see what is the resolution like what your network team done for my issue and why this issue happened.

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone offers the worst customer service in Kolkata. Their staffs misguide & lie just to sell new connection. Tanmoy Dhar, Bishwajit Halder @ Vi Store, Park Street, Kolkata manipulate customers to earn few bucks of Commission. Thooo Hai Aisi Chindi Choron Pe.
