    @MehtaKiran3 @VodafoneIN @gschahal I'm facing the same problem. I have discontinued a VAS in November'19. Vodafone is charging me every month & then after numerous mails reversing it. Finally I had to complain in the Consumer Helpline. Finally I have not been charged for the VAS this month. #vodafoneidea

    @VodafoneIN Either solve the problem of false billing which has been pending since April 2020 or guide me to port my postpaid no. 9830916740 to @reliancejio. After spending 6 long years, you just forcefully incurred late payment fee from me in this emergency situation..well done!

    @TRAI @DoT_India I have @ViCustomerCare number and unable to call on pan card center 02027218080, problem only faced with VI network, and VI is refusing to accept mistake on their side and their customer care center refused to take my complaint on this issue.
