    @ViCustomerCare Respected, Sir/Madam, your technical person called me yesterday he said only 2G network is availabe here. So, please upgrade your network from 2G to 4G because without data no work is possible.

    This is against the customer's right. What's the point of Rs 49 recharge if we can't send a sms. VI stopped the outgoing sms service. Solve my problem and starts the SMS service. @VodafoneIN_News @vodafonein1 @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare, I have experienced the worst level of professionalism from your side and I have no option left other than putting it out on public platform. On 26/06/21, I had sent a PORT request. Followed by this I received calls convincing me to stay.
