    @ViCustomerCare No Network coverage in Karwan area from last 3 days... No Outgoing and no incoming calls for the entire area. What's your team doing in handling the cases when visited the store, store executive he himself suggesting to PORT OUT from Vodafone immediately!

    As per the directions of @TRAI a complaint can be placed within 3 days to the service provider of the representative and @ViCustomerCare or @Airtel_Presence has to take action regarding the same.

    @ViCustomerCare I see that You guys have increased the PP Bills. I'm paying 470/- for 30 days with 40 GB Internet which is of NO USE. But I'm get'g 3 GB/day for 28 days for 359 only vt prepaid. Porting the service provider is good. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare any plans at your end?

    I went to your store near by home, they told go to main store then i went to mehadipatnam, Hyderabadu store. They told a silly reason, they don't have power supply. ****.. i feel pity. @ViCustomerCare

    What Service you guys are providing???? NOT even getting the Internet when required... it's been more than a Month and still the same issue with the Internet and Calls and you say it is 4G Giganet Speed, NOT even 1 Mbps speed is available on your NETWORK @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    Day 5 - Still facing both the issues. I understand that solving network issue can take a little time but i have been reporting the issue from past 1 year. Night data issue should have been resolved by now as i have provided the screenshots of recharges. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Internet service working, outgoing call working as both these services are chargeable but incoming call not working as the service is free. Don’t try to make your customers foolish.

    @ViCustomerCare I checked the DM it’s only copy past reply from last 2 days from Vodafone Customer care services. Tell me the reason why I will provide my family or friends number to resolve the problem. Problem with my number not their numbers.
