    @VodafoneIN @DoT_India @TRAI Balance is being deducted without intimation, when we contact back the only response is we have to contact within 24 hrs, if we were not intimated how do we know when it was deducted, very worst customer service

    @VodafoneIN too many balance deductions, without any intimation , the only answer is get is no data available from customer care & we should contact within 24 hrs to know it, if there is no intimation how do we know

    @VodafoneIN Hi, According to my view Vodafone is the worst network.Instead of wasting your money on advertisement,you can spend that money on network signal.if there is no network how can they use your TRUE UNLIMITED PACK.Once think with some commonsense. So please look into it

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you, I received a call on which the VI agent was tried to access my phone and schan it. I realized that the fake VI representative was a cheat and the call ended. Please resolve my problem quickly.
