I went to @ViCustomerCare mehadipatnam Hyderabadu store. They rejected my request to re issue sim Cards, that i submitted previous recorded documents. Why we need to submit documents again that already existed in your records.

@ViCustomerCare I see that You guys have increased the PP Bills. I'm paying 470/- for 30 days with 40 GB Internet which is of NO USE. But I'm get'g 3 GB/day for 28 days for 359 only vt prepaid. Porting the service provider is good. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare any plans at your end?

@AdityaD_Shah My dad was one of the early users of MaxTouch that evolved into Orange that later became Hutch which changed to Vodafone which is Now called (VI) @ViCustomerCare . Its been over 25 years and he is still with the same operator. Talk about Customer Loyalty.
