Also I've gotten a call from service executive who promised that he would connect me to the network team. But its been 4 days and m still awaiting that call.

If I recharge at 11 am on 18 April for 30 days, why does the plan expire at 12 midnight on 17 May? Should it not expire at 11 am 18 May? We pay for full 30/28 days.
