Also I've gotten a call from service executive who promised that he would connect me to the network team. But its been 4 days and m still awaiting that call.

Becz one pays only when one gets something in return. As a global brand it should burn you a little of the looting you're doing off your customers without even providing below average service.

Used to get good 4g+ signal before but now internet speeds are low and signal strength is more than 100dbm. Used to get 70 to 80 mbps speeds on 4g + now just 5 to 7mbps.
