    @ViCustomerCare hey how come my 299 postpaid plan got shifted to 399, a 33% hike, hardly I can use any data, I was only paying 350 per month for my old number and now I have to shell out 500 for your so poor network where data & network is so inconsistent even in a metro city.

    @ViCustomerCare I don't seems to be a valuable customer coz no issue has been resolved yet... I am complaining on day basis about call drop issues you are not even responding. You already lost a customer.
