Ajeeb Dastan Hai Yeh You can not call 🤙 to a #bsnl number from #vodafoneidea sim In 2023 📱. It simply say number invalid. @BSNL_UKD say the problem @ViCustomerCare and vice versa. @DoT_India #bsnlvi

When they put your call on hold @ViCustomerCare plays the following message “Thank you for being on hold. Our advisor will connect with you shortly” without even a single breath in between. Sufficient to get irritated and make the customer hang up. Nice trick!

@ViCustomerCare since we have initiated number port out request we are getting 4-5 calls daily in this regard. Stop this harassment immediately. @DoT_India @TRAI please take a note. Number porting is resulting in harassment from the service provider.

Another high standard set by @ViCustomerCare India. Got a replacement with an assurance of reactivation inn3 hrs...but it's only 10hrs and customer care, vi stores and vi mini stores refused to help.

Experiencing highly misleading tactics from @ViCustomerCare . Was asked to re-verify my 8-year-old prepaid number due to a "DoT instruction" but then forced me into a 3x costly postpaid conversion, claiming my prepaid couldn't be re-initiated. Store refused to provide proof of this DoT notice. This feels like an unethical sales push under false pretext. Demanding clarity & resolution.
