    @ViCustomerCare Dear Team very poor network services from Vodafone as since Last evening 7 Pm my network lost and not able to call anybody and neither able to to take calls. When you are very prompt to collect money from customer then why you are very poor in terms of services.

    Ajeeb Dastan Hai Yeh You can not call 🤙 to a #bsnl number from #vodafoneidea sim In 2023 📱. It simply say number invalid. @BSNL_UKD say the problem @ViCustomerCare and vice versa. @DoT_India #bsnlvi

    When they put your call on hold @ViCustomerCare plays the following message “Thank you for being on hold. Our advisor will connect with you shortly”   without even a single breath in between. Sufficient to get irritated and make the customer hang up. Nice trick!

    @ViCustomerCare since we have initiated number port out request we are getting 4-5 calls daily in this regard. Stop this harassment immediately. @DoT_India @TRAI please take a note. Number porting is resulting in harassment from the service provider.

    Another high standard set by @ViCustomerCare India. Got a replacement with an assurance of reactivation inn3 hrs...but it's only 10hrs and customer care, vi stores and vi mini stores refused to help.

    Shifted from @airtelindia to @ViCustomerCare and than to @JioCare but the network issue and the internet issues remain the same. The services are so pathetic. Just tierd with these private service providers. Never their customer resolves issues, only copy paste replies #trai

    @ViCustomerCare @Bore_Insaan I am in Bangalore. Already network was not good when it was 4G. With 5G now it’s even worst. People laugh at me when they come to know I have been on Vodafone since 2011.

    @ViCustomerCare I have paid 2100 rupees advance in vi store before taking the postpaid sim now after 2 months the vi store manager started ignoring my texts and calls, my bill is not paid yet my sim is inactive from last week 😑 and there is no support form vi customer care also

    @ViCustomerCare I have been using Vi cell number since last many yrs. Upon checking this month bill I noticed that Vi Movies&TV subscription has been added to my bill without me ever actually availing it. Absolute refusal by customer care to do anything about it

    Experiencing highly misleading tactics from @ViCustomerCare . Was asked to re-verify my 8-year-old prepaid number due to a "DoT instruction" but then forced me into a 3x costly postpaid conversion, claiming my prepaid couldn't be re-initiated. Store refused to provide proof of this DoT notice. This feels like an unethical sales push under false pretext. Demanding clarity & resolution.
