    Expanding your network is not going to satisfy your customers, first provide good service to your existing customers at least @VodafoneIN. I am experiencing worst of the service since i choose this network. Regretting on my decision to choose this network.

    @paro_nair @VodafoneIN Haha! Once I replied to @paro_nair 's tweet, I got a call from Vodafone's social media team within 15 minutes asking me the issues and saying they were gonna resolve it. And after that till now no calls. Very poor response and service.

    @paro_nair @VodafoneIN Vodafone is already supposed to pay some 92k crore (approx) to the Indian govt. And rumors saying that Vodafone myt close it's Indian market, not sure though! I'm in Bangalore now, most places here lack a proper Vodafone signal.. and I'm paying for literally nothing! 🤦

    @ViCustomerCare You all started again. Last year working Grievance cell last time i had stopped All VAS. Without the customer request how can you can activate any plan. I need the refund. That too u activated at 12 am so that we cannot talk to customer care.
