@VodafoneIN You have done nothing other than simply replying with the templates. Every complaints begins like this. Customers raise their issue. You will ask them to DM the details. Next few days You will say " we are working". Finally you will end, saying you have done the max.

@ViCustomerCare 1st thing without my confirmation vi added renewed Amazon prime and added charge 1270/- in my bill . And calls I am user of vi since 2015 but again and again facing problem if you want give me solution refund 1270/- in my bill that added without my concern.
