@ViCustomerCare Worst network in my life for past few days...I m subscribed for 1year pack and it's getting low signal sometimes signal gone after the call and wait for sometime to get the signal(in case of emergency what can I do???)... Complain raised still noone called me..

@ViCustomerCare The waiver given was for a genuine reason. Why should i pay for the services which i have not used? I am ready to pay the bill excluding the waiver amount which was included to my last bill. Request you to revise my bill asap & close this issue.

96 hours elapsed.Sim not delivered.None contacted.Tracking status showing delivery on 10 Jan. Bogus @ViCustomerCare. Someone frm south zone called on12Jan saying he cant deliver, as he Resigned. @ViVodaidea more concerned abt marketing rather than giving customer service.
