@ViCustomerCare Worst network in my life for past few days...I m subscribed for 1year pack and it's getting low signal sometimes signal gone after the call and wait for sometime to get the signal(in case of emergency what can I do???)... Complain raised still noone called me..

@ViCustomerCare I don't think so you care for customer as am sure now it's ugly business rules. Where customer have very less rights to raise his voice and only email and some stupid calls can not solve it. Sad for this @TRAI : Need your support how can I get my rights and to proceed for this

Bullshit services!!!! Today i called @ViCustomerCare i have complaint regarding DND she couldn't aolvw it and i told her to tranfer to senior she put my call on mute and than disconnected it. Pathetic solution i got🙄🙄🙄
