    @ViCustomerCare Worst network in my life for past few days...I m subscribed for 1year pack and it's getting low signal sometimes signal gone after the call and wait for sometime to get the signal(in case of emergency what can I do???)... Complain raised still noone called me..

    @ViCustomerCare I already called customer care twice but they disconnected my call. Now it's showing that my sim is not provisioned. Upto evening 7pm I was using without any problem suddenly what happened

    @ViCustomerCare On 24th April I initiated porting request to Vi from Airtel and successfully received the sim ,but on that day evening I was being cheaten by airtel to cancel port out request and I did that by mistakely. My port in request to Vi cancelled and I still have Vi sim.

    @ViCustomerCare this is why people are switching to jio from such service provider. I have given complaint a week ago today a guy called me and told like he is working for other city my location is different but now my internet is not working atall very fake service by VI India

    location : guwahati, assam pin 781012 from last 3 days 4g data speed is getting worse. very slow, specially after evening. raised complaint regarding the issue but still no resolution. whats the use of paying so high rental if i cant use the data?? @ViCustomerCare
