    @ViCustomerCare i am really disappointed with the vi’s network quality, the calls are almost never placed and the data speeds are so bad that you cannot even send a whatsapp message, and I am using the most premium plan provided(REDX) and I still face issues like this.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst network in my life for past few days...I m subscribed for 1year pack and it's getting low signal sometimes signal gone after the call and wait for sometime to get the signal(in case of emergency what can I do???)... Complain raised still noone called me..

    @ViCustomerCare Hello, My Vi POS number: 9921525822 Issue: Your Smart Connect app is asking to uninstall AMCB banking app to function. This is unacceptable as a recharge app should not interfere with other apps on the phone. Kindly investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, after a decade I moved to the Vi network and I was wrong because I am not getting internet access even after recharging with a 2GB plan. There is no support available. I thought other networks in India were better. If any support available then please support

    @ViCustomerCare I am having pathetic service experience with Vodafone idea.I stay abroad and I have to get my SKYC done.I tried using Vi app for the same but it failed again and again.I am continuously trying to connect with customer care by writing emails but no relevant replies
