    @ViCustomerCare i am really disappointed with the vi’s network quality, the calls are almost never placed and the data speeds are so bad that you cannot even send a whatsapp message, and I am using the most premium plan provided(REDX) and I still face issues like this.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst network in my life for past few days...I m subscribed for 1year pack and it's getting low signal sometimes signal gone after the call and wait for sometime to get the signal(in case of emergency what can I do???)... Complain raised still noone called me..

    @TRAI @DoT_India Are you aware of this #ViScam I have seen some post also. And face the same issue @ViCustomerCare wantedly disabling the customer sim, and forcing them to move postpaid to retain that number Kindly confirm whether u informed them to do it, or they r doing it.

    @ViCustomerCare I said to close my VI account. I don't want to use this number anymore because of problems. Sometimes they ask for security, sometimes other charges. But your team convinced me it will not happen again and also said they would provide a 200 rupee discount and

    @ViCustomerCare using vi sim for last 6 months but the main problem in Tripura state is less coverage area. While traveling it becomes difficult to get proper signal at many places. Improve coverage in Tripura and also in North-East Circle.
