@ViCustomerCare i am really disappointed with the vi’s network quality, the calls are almost never placed and the data speeds are so bad that you cannot even send a whatsapp message, and I am using the most premium plan provided(REDX) and I still face issues like this.

@ViCustomerCare Worst network in my life for past few days...I m subscribed for 1year pack and it's getting low signal sometimes signal gone after the call and wait for sometime to get the signal(in case of emergency what can I do???)... Complain raised still noone called me..

@ViCustomerCare the worst ever service. I have been trying to activate my dads number since the time of porting and it doesn’t happen. Now that explains why the customer base is going down. Got my dad to port to a drowning ship.

@ViCustomerCare Unlimited calls and 3GB per day and beyond that unlimited data from 12 am to 6 am I am not able to use it so why is this your responsibility and not only that I will be disconnected from the network

@ViCustomerCare Thanks Nadeem, we #vi customers getting same reply and poor service for more than 2years. Yes your team will call and say you don't have any timeline, they don't know, team is going on working & finally amazing 5G, where you have not procured required 5G gear. 1/2
