  @ViCustomerCare Worst network in my life for past few days...I m subscribed for 1year pack and it's getting low signal sometimes signal gone after the call and wait for sometime to get the signal(in case of emergency what can I do???)... Complain raised still noone called me..

  @ViCustomerCare Thanks. I have received a call from your end. As per her, I can make payment from portal which is not working. And from VI store, but due to lock down till 15th June I can't and still not sure if govt extends same. As per the executive I can submit in next 30 days of due date.

  @ViCustomerCare really poor connection in my place Shows full range, 4G but speed is so slow, literally took an hour to open gmail.. No issues with calls This would be my first n last recharge... Really need to have patience to use this network...
