    @ViCustomerCare I had ordered a new sim. After using it for less than 2 weeks it stopped working. I have checked the sim by inserting it in other phone but it’s not working. If a new connection can be delivered than why can’t new sim be delivered free of cost to my home

    @ViCustomerCare My internet is very slow since morning on my mobile phone connection. I hv spoken to customer care executive, he said it will take 3 days to resolve the issue! Is it so? I hv told him to put me to his senior but he disconnected the call! Pl respond ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare all of my calls drop sson after connecting in 7-10 seconds. i am facing this problem from last 2 months. I raised this complaint also, but your cc department closed this complaint without solving this. This problem i noticed soon after i recharged for annual plan

    @ViCustomerCare And what are u giving me 24 hours’ time?Does it mean that if I don’t reply within 24 hours,you won’t solve my problem born out of ur inefficiencies?U sick people, do u know what u talk? Who has put u in customer care?U ought to be in the mental asylum for giving me an ultimatum.
