@ViCustomerCare "I am complaining from last 3 Months about callertune not working on 4G VoLTE but works when using 2g or 3g. Callertune is activated and verified by VI" VI customer service always forward complaint to technical team and they always makerd solved without sloving.

@ViCustomerCare Still your network speed issue not resolved. Many customers in chinchoti-kaman road pincode-401208 is facing issue in accessing data. Please resolve this issue. Data is not accessible on band41(2500mhz) and band3(1800 MHz ) data is accessible on band41(2100 MHz) but weak coverage

@ViCustomerCare Not at all satisfied..so you are telling me that problem is in my handset??🤦🤷5 vi sim cards in 4 mobile handsets.. out of 4 mobiles 3 mobiles are completely new purchased in a year duration & the latest mobile is purchased only 2 months ago so don't blame on our handsets..
