    @HDFCBank_Cares @HDFC_Bank i have done a payment on payzapp for vi recharge, payment successful but due @ViCustomerCare server issue, recharge failed. Then how to raise complaint as no proper option to contact payzapp support. Even number is unservicable. Its only 149 but matters

    @ViCustomerCare The services provided by you people are very poor. I stay in Bhiwandi Kalyan Corridor. Complaints are already lodged. NOTE... Complaint dated 26-Mar-2021 12:50:10 PM with reference number C004-114486147907 is registered.

    @DoT_India Sir/Ma'am, @ViCustomerCare has not been able to answer any questions to satisfaction or prove that charges levied in the bills are legitimate. Now they have stopped my services. On raising ticket they keep closing them down. What is the solution for a customer?
