As a 6+ year Vi REDX customer, making 3 visits for a basic KYC update is unacceptable.

Stop selling Cambodia while offering Roaming to the subscribers, cambodia does not support the Indian sim cards.

My old SIM is already inactive. I cannot make calls, receive SMS/OTPs, use data, or log in to work systems. Please activate it urgently.
