VI was almost invisible in most of Utrakhand. I had to purchase another operator’s sim during the Utrakhand trip because VI network was so bad over there.

Provided the screen shot as well. @ViCustomerCare responded stating that they can't act bcoz there was no trace.

Singh (@YOGENDER_21) reported@ViCustomerCare I have 2 VI number, but because of bad network I am not able to call and also not able to use Internet. When I raised complaint, customer care just close the complaint without resolving. I think now it's time to change service providers
