  @ViCustomerCare very un professional company and uncompetitive staff not able to solve a small problem even after my verification done twice they have barred my out going waiting since 10 days to start now porting to Airtel a better company.

  @ViCustomerCare Tried calling the customer care various times, and nobody is able to understand the issue. The only solution provided is to remove & reinsert SIM. Can someone assist on this? I am at a remote location and without connectivity for 3 days. @PIB_India @DoT_India
