    @VodafoneIN network is very poor from last few days and complaint raised for the same... Please just check with my location shared...Otherwise I've to check with other option... I'm using your network from last 6yrs. My exact location is prabhat colony, purnia, bihar.

    @ViCustomerCare Who said it's disclosed. I have asked u not to call me again to give the same excuse. If u ask ur engineer & say that my network is alright than ask him to pay on my bahalf. If the issue is disclosed can u upload the call recorded that we just had. This complaint is active

    @ViCustomerCare Please do something about your network I'm not able to use my data properly from last 3 week my network suddenly turn 2g and when it turn 4g then the browsing speed decrease most importantly the network bar catch only 2 bar and it affecting my work .#help

    @ViCustomerCare @rsprasad is the big Frauding about the data speed. I am facing data speed problem approximately- 10-15 day's and also talk about the matter with #VIcare but no any response from customer care and say's that rectification of the problem will be taken 90 days...

    @ViCustomerCare my internet is not working😞there is no proper network coverage in my area 😒pincode-333704. my money ₹699 😬is now nothing than a waste.i trusted VI but you lost my trust.facing this issue from a long time and your excecutives everytime ask to wait for 3 days.😓

    @ViCustomerCare why there is no delivery for a new VI pre-paid connection in 721212 pin my relative want a VI pre-paid sim and she want to pay by cash on delivery but in my pin not delivering you why customer satisfaction is 0 if you continue it

    @ViCustomerCare No network since 12pm today. This is the second time in this week we made several complaints earlier but no use. So tomorrow me along with my locality people using vi getting port out 60vi connection. We had a conversation with nearest jio store they will help us.

    @ViCustomerCare If such unprofessional behaviour repeats. We all will do group port. I m waiting for the lockdown to get over. I have had the worst experience in local vi store & with u people at call center. My complaint is on till I say. Make sure this time either u improve or be answerable
