    You just given me the date 2nd sept. Kindly resolve the issue at your earliest because I'm not taking it any more. It's been 3 days I'm facing issue with the network due to which my office work is pending which I can't afford. Please look into this @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup

    @ViCustomerCare I recharged my Vi number on 6th January. The outgoing & incoming service validity are extended (I checked it on my Vi app.) But I can't make call and can't receive calls. I called Vi customer care and made complaint. Didn't get any solution so far. Pls check DM

    @ViCustomerCare am really in big problem,i have ported in to vi from jio but initial stage my number got stuck as new sim is not working and old sim deactivated,executive giving again new sim but showing them number is not correct, same number mostly used for OTP but now?

    @ViCustomerCare Why only Vi users are getting following message- Dear customer your SIM documents has been pending please call customer care at 9827758695 now 0therwise your sim will disconnect within 24Hrs Thank you Does Vi shares customers data with fraudsters intentionally?

    @ViCustomerCare poor service and disgusting marketing strategy.. Vi not allowing me to get Port code as sms to 1900 blocked. Wherein sms to other numbers are ok. Last recharge 449 so outgoing SMS should flow. @TRAI pls see Vi wrong process
