You just given me the date 2nd sept. Kindly resolve the issue at your earliest because I'm not taking it any more. It's been 3 days I'm facing issue with the network due to which my office work is pending which I can't afford. Please look into this @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup

@ViCustomerCare Struggling since last 45 mins to watch a single episode of 20 mins. Such poor network quality is being offered even after charging handsome amount. This has become an everyday store now. Either help out or i may switch my network provider.

@ViCustomerCare @vodafonein1 Is this how you treat your customer? I purchased a postpaid Sim last week which did not get activated, on complaining about the activation, VI dealer canceled my simcard. Truly unpleasant. I regret choosing Vodafone.

Most pathetic service @ViCustomerCare Have visited 3 times at VI store and still didn’t able to get signals in my e-sim. Have even called VI - they again need a day to give me an update. Struggling from 8th May.
