@MohitAhire2794 @youbroadband I tried them for a year in 2019 & my experience was HORRIBLE!! I changed it to Jio & I m v happy!! Every wk You bb's connection would go down & their std excuse "fibre cut gaya"

@youbroadband ..I was customer of youbroadband since last 5 years and I have requested to suspend my services on 16th July due to shifting to new location where you broadband services are not available...now the modem was disconnected and taken by you broadband engg on 16th July.

Ashamed of @youbroadband for not treating its customers, they call you thousand times to remind you to recharge your account or to offer new schemes but when you need their support they pretend as they dont know you. #CustomerExperience #badexperience #youbroadband
