@youbroadband Fix your billing system which forces customers to take 12 months of Frame-IP if they have already subscribed for 12 months of Internet. Alternately, put up an FAQ page which explain what the Frame-IP does not offer, compared to a static IP, no answer from support.

We have raised a complaint of @youbroadband since yesterday..but no one is solving the issue. Local technicians are talking rudely to the society people.@youbroadband service is pathetic. They don't care about customers.

@youbroadband i have lots of connectivity problem. Customer care and technical support are third class. Every 2 - 3 day connectivity problem. Support Teams are not working on weekends and holidays. Nobody give answers

I'm a customer of @youbroadband. whenever my internet service is not working, i have to raise a complaint in the app and have to wait for 2-3 days. For outsourcing firm like us, it's too disturbing for us if internet is shut for 5 days. @dstGujarat @IndiaDST pls do the needful.
