    @VodafoneIN @youbroadband once of the worst broadband service I have ever seen my life.I made payment on 23th for new connection in kothapet(HyD).Till now no proper response from team members. Request my friends not to get this broadband.they will test our patience in peeks

    @youbroadband It doesn’t work in normal days and you will be tired in followup for fixing the problem, how can u expect support now 🤣 its a big joke of uninterrupted services, plz don’t waste money

    @youbroadband There is internet connectivity issue for me from past 3 days, raised tickets and called so called filed agents, yet no response Just to inform I took the connection just 5 days back & this the service you provide WOW!!

    @VodafoneIN @youbroadband @TRAI @rsprasad the service in telecommunications industry is ridiculous. There's no response even after two months of payment. @TRAI what's the grievance redressal process in such cases? @ConsumerAffairs please make note.

    @youbroadband @youbroadband they will only done installation but not service. I have been raising tickets through Youbroadband App since Feb 2021. They are simply closed my tickets without attending for it. The said company executives are experts in misleading customers.

    @youbroadband don't know what happens to barbad you broadband services. Getting disconnected in almost every 15 mins. A long problem which is not resolved till yet...

    What service are you providing @youbroadband I renewed Wi-Fi pack on 11-August-21 and since yesterday there's ZERO mbps speed! Raised complaint yesterday NO-ONE TURNED UP AS YET. This is your worst strategy to save data which ruins your customer's weekend. (Vadodara, Gujarat)

    @youbroadband The complainant gets cleared automatically and no technician visits to even try and understand what the problem is. How are we supposed to get our problems fixed?

    CRF: 568258 refund not processed yet! The representative didn't disclose all the details for new connection hence opted to cancel service. Please call me n provide further updates on refund @youbroadband

    The most pathetic broadband service ever they asked me to pay I paid they logged into my account and marked my connection as installed even till now no one has arrived for installation. And now they are saying they are not able to install. @youbroadband @youbroadband1

    hey @youbroadband your internet is not working in Vadodara? I came back home after a month, and there it is not working. How is one supposed to work from home if your broadband is not working?
