@VodafoneIN @youbroadband once of the worst broadband service I have ever seen my life.I made payment on 23th for new connection in kothapet(HyD).Till now no proper response from team members. Request my friends not to get this broadband.they will test our patience in peeks

@youbroadband 1/2 You broadband doesn't care should be your name. Services are down and will take 24 hours to resolve and the service person is damn arrogant in telling the same. With such people in the service team, please don't expect to grow.

@youbroadband Very Poor service and connection. Every weekend internet gone and did not resolve till Monday afternoon @youbroadband does not provide exact solutions and its employee behavior with the existing customer is so rude and they are not providing the proper answers to us.

But @youbroadband team, but this is wrong, because of this I'm not going to renew, nor I'll recommend your services to anyone. On sold me on fake commitment, but only once, what about renewal?

@youbroadband Disgusting service and support removed connection without any intimation to customer in active plan duration with after complaint promised date(26th july) nobody showed to solve the issue and no update at the end of day.😡
