@youbroadband can you teach your staff some basic manners? No one raises a complaint unless there is a network issue, and no one just stays at home all day because your staff will call to ask how many lights are working on the modem!!

@youbroadband It's been more than 40 days. I paid for annual subscription but service is not being provided. Request you to refund my money else I have to take legal action (consumer forum/police) for this act of fraud.
