Rahul frm HO assured I get pwr days by ystrday 6.30 pm . 2day mrng spoke wth rahul nd he was abt 2 put me on confarence call with Hyd team & some how call got discncted. Since thn he either rejcting my call or nt pking my call

Hiren Patel (@HirenPoskar) reported@youbroadband Ping to public DNS takes average time 1226ms. Either internet completely shut or very poor speed in prime location. Technical person checks weather I have used 1mb of data last 24 hours, then I request closed w/o visiting or contacting customer.

Can you please confirm if it is working fine on Vodafone? You might need to open the website in incognito to ignore cache.
