    @youbroadband There is internet connectivity issue for me from past 3 days, raised tickets and called so called filed agents, yet no response Just to inform I took the connection just 5 days back & this the service you provide WOW!!

    @VodafoneIN @youbroadband @TRAI @rsprasad the service in telecommunications industry is ridiculous. There's no response even after two months of payment. @TRAI what's the grievance redressal process in such cases? @ConsumerAffairs please make note.

    @VodafoneIN @youbroadband once of the worst broadband service I have ever seen my life.I made payment on 23th for new connection in kothapet(HyD).Till now no proper response from team members. Request my friends not to get this broadband.they will test our patience in peeks

    @youbroadband useless CC(both email and phn ) . I give power to 1 of ur ntwrk box . I have to get pwr days credits. I mailed & phnd CC so many times, CC says issue will be sorted in 24 busnes hrs ,bt nothing happens . Add power days to my account . Acnt. No.: ass351

    @youbroadband It doesn’t work in normal days and you will be tired in followup for fixing the problem, how can u expect support now 🤣 its a big joke of uninterrupted services, plz don’t waste money

    😡 @youbroadband worst network! Always flatuating & very slow when it connects... My mobile data is very far better than broand band.

    @youbroadband My issue is not gtng sorted at head off level . Rahul frm HO assured I get pwr days by ystrday 6.30 pm . 2day mrng spoke wth rahul nd he was abt 2 put me on confarence call with Hyd team & some how call got discncted. Since thn he either rejcting my call or nt pking my call

    @youbroadband Please give me my money back for the services I hv not used. U charge for a whole year and if after 6 months we move to another building u say u don't hv service there and keep the rest of the money. Thats cheating

    @youbroadband @DoT_India today is 30 January 2021, My issues is not resolved. Today i due to non connectivity of internet i can't attend my test . I loose my grad. Same on you you broad band. I need compensation .You are liable for this .

    @youbroadband since last 10 days my internet is not working and the reason is "from where the line is coming that location is under renovation and power line is not functional" I fail to understand does it take 10 days for you to plug it somewhere else?

    @youbroadband my internet is down frequently. Your cust. Care says that the turn around time for resolution is 3 days i.e. 24 "working" hours. Do you think this is reasonable?

    @youbroadband it's the 2nd consecutive week(15 days. Everyday) where I lose my internet connection for at least half an hour during my work hours. YOU HAVE WORKING NETWORK. YOUR WORK IS TO KEEP IT WORKING. Don't disconnect the entire locality to add a single user 😑
