@TataSky The Broadband connection guy mentioned I cannot have second broadband connection with the same cell number. How very archaic for a tech company losing a customer due to self limiting processes and technology. @youbroadband allows multiple connections on one cell no.

I think thr engineers don't have the experience/knowledge to solve the issues. They only knows the basis knowledge service.
