You broadband has the worst internet service I have ever experienced. Speed issues, latency and what not. They won't even give you refund for the bad service. It's like donating money, you pay but you get nothing in return. I advise don't buy You Broadband internet @youbroadband

@youbroadband Hi in my 2 months of #youbroadband usage, I never ever reached my promised 100mbps. The speed tests always show 1/5th of promised speed. One fifth! Isn't this blatant cheating @DoT_India @TRAI

@youbroadband wifi is down for last two days and tickets are being closed automatically. I have never seen outage happening so frequently in other broad bands.Every time all customers get is a regret message from your side. Pay me back my amount!!

@youbroadband Worst services ever. Often you guys have connectivity issue. Your toll free guys alws gives wrong Commitments. Your area Engineer do not want to help customer. Just resolving the complaim after 24 hours without resolutions.
