I'm suffering since 6 days and new connection just 15 days now and I used internet for hardly 4 days & its down

@youbroadband I cancelled my connection in mid of Feb-21 still refund not initiated. Sales / Customer care person told in within 45 days you will get your refund. Approx. 6 month now. I am just followup with the team but nothing happed. 2082180 is my cancelled account.
