@youbroadband Recharge done before one month for upgrade to 100Mbps with an assurance by @youbroadband to change the modem. Till date, the modem is not changed and the service is providing 20Mbps. Bad service as usual.

While it’s always great to celebrate and remember Independence we earned, The “ so called outage “ continues and the entire week has gone ! Absolutely unprofessional and pathetic company called YOUBROADBAND ! In the month of August , JUST TWO DAYS OF WIFI CONNECTIVITY.

@youbroadband Account no : 1721105 Outage has been there on regular basis in the past one year ! Please check the history of complaints In this month of August 19, out of 24 days, wifi was only for TWO days! Pl credit these days immediately and restore wifi .

@youbroadband the broadband services are down in vicinity since 28th July. The service engineers do not come for visits, call centre says it will get resolved soon, SMS on downtime are honoured but uptime is not honoured. Have paid subscription amount in advance. Can someone call
