    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, I am really pissed off by your team services. It's been almost 7 days my internet is not working. From 7th December I am raising a ticket daily. The worst part is they are marking the ticket as resolved without even resolving the same.

    @ACTFibernet There is no connectivity since yesterday. And no one bothered solve the issue. This is 2nd time within 3 weeks. We all know how we are working right now. And without internet it becomes miserable. At onside you talk about speed and service the other side no response.

    @ACTFibernet No connectivity since yesterday, this is 2nd time within 3 weeks. No response after complaints .Very bad service from Act. We all know how hard it is to work without Internet. Dont just do marketing without having proper service.

    Usless #actfiber @ACTFibernet I have been asking for replacing battery in the junction box, I have raised 3 requests all being closed with no solution. And your service tickets are worst. No number works. What kind of service is this. Updated your numbers.

    @ACTFibernet I've been calling tech support every alternate day to fix my connectivity and speed issue but they call over the phone and say its fixed, I'm fed up of tech support on phone. Kindly send someone who can fix my problem. 9885748057

    Never seen such cheaters in my life.. @ACTFibernet cheats people. After disconnecting my account they have reactived it without my notice. Who has told them to reactivate it? Who has given instructions? @TSConsumers might help in this.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet The cx service line is always bz (not available round the clock) n if we some how reach out to someone no response... The actfiber App says "there's no such mobile number registered with us" now until yesterday I was logged in with the same number n raised a complaint as well.

    @ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet Request SR10149626544352 is expected to be resolved by 12/11/2020 06:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY) T&C apply. This is still not resolved I have been calling customer service whole day and I get the same response it will be fixed in 24 hrs

    @harishineffable @ACTFibernet @CMOTamilNadu This guy called me and told we are ready to give connection,in 1st call conversation and in very next call iam in leave i can't come today,we see tommorrow.what kind of cheating company is actfiber,i paid in june 2020. no shy no shame no service at all.

    @ACTFibernet In November I raised 3 complaints n a waiver but no action.. they say ur problem is resolved by aftr some days same problem n the wavier request was rejected..now in Dec this is 1st complaint n again I dnt know how many more..
