    @ACTFibernet complain number: SR10145195113802 Previous C.N: SR10144770679042 I am very disappointed by the service. There is no action taken even when repeatedly complained. There is no internet for 3-4 days every twice a month.

    @rajjvarun @ACTFibernet Totally. I have paid the bill still they suspended my connection. I lost 2 working days. When you call them they don’t respond. The worst customer care service.

    @ACTFibernet had sent dm in private,even then no response and least bothered about customer experience, finally pissed off switched to @excitel_rocks,thank you for enabling new connection in 10 hours time.

    @ACTFibernet Its identifed as server side fault, whatever bullshit explained to customer is useless. Why no one monitor from your technical team even after two weeks disruption of internet services. Its really pathetic. Thank to the service engineer who fixed it today finally !!

    @ACTFibernet i recently upgraded my internet plan (a/c 101695177912),service guy came for upgrade router then he screwed whole setup.I realized late since i have multiple provider connection.I am chasing him for fixing and he is lying that he will visit today. Horrible experience
