    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD before one week I have shifted my house and I put the shifting request through the app the technician Has come nd check out and said that In your area there is no service connection we have to put a new connection box' that's it still did put any box

    Really sick and tired of Act Fiber frequent disconnect problem in our area and one of the worst service quality. It takes 1-2 days time to solve one small issue. Worst service, waiting for Jio Fiber in our area @ACTFibernet @reliancejio @JioCare #JioFiber

    @ACTFibernet Bought dongle and its again cost me ₹2000+250 recharge. 4 people working at my place due to this issue we may lose jobs.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Internet is not working since 2 days and we are only depend on broadband for our work. Call customer service about 8-10 times still the issue persist. Sometimes customer service agents r not responding on calls properly.

    @ACTFibernet Your request SR10162653296152 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 9/22/2021. I have been nerver seen such an pathetic service with an any Broadband service as @ACTFibernet. is delivering their ******* service It's been 5days they are resolving thier issue

    @TAAssociates @ACTFibernet My Act Account: 101013365834 is disconnected every things since 20th September 2021, for no reason. You connect after calling everytime and disconnected after 2 days. I am frustrated with this service. I am working from Home, but I have no internet.

    @ACTFibernet Yes,the problem is resolved after approx 48hours of the breakdown.I am fortunate that I was not fired for Monday morning!I wonder,how come a reputed brand like ACT actually took 48hours to resolve an Internet issue?Is it because my area is little remote than Hyd(i.e.,Shamshabad)?

    @ACTFibernet Are you guys idiots or what at this time in night you disconnect the service for no reason even after so much of follow up and resolution. Either your system is crap or you play with customers. I need the connection to be activated as soon as possible.

    overall the service of @ACTFibernet has always been good. but in the last 6-8 months the power backup of the local switch/router has been quite bad. if you have an hour of powercut it'll stop working. it was not the case earlier. also powercut scenario wasn't this bad.

    @ACTFibernet Yes the issue was resolved, however the turnaround time was too late.technicians or concerned officials should look into the matter and try to resolve the issue within 24 hrs hopefully in upcoming days.

    @ACTFibernet its been 1.5 days without internet. It has crossed your Turn around time.when i call the customer care..he is replying in a harsh way saying it will take time wait and hung the phone. Why are the customers are been taken for granted!!#actfibernet #internetdown..

    @ACTFibernet I cancelled my connection and paid the last bill. After a few days, I received a bill showing a credit. When I called customer care for refund, they are saying they don't have refund policy. What does this mean? You will cheat us of our money and that is a policy?
