@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Internet is not working since 2 days and we are only depend on broadband for our work. Call customer service about 8-10 times still the issue persist. Sometimes customer service agents r not responding on calls properly.

@ACTFibernet It's a work of only 5-10 mins. For this small work u guys are taking more then 8 days. If this issue won't get solve today. I vll remove all connections from that box and vll remove and throw that installation box in to garbage.

@ACTFibernet Yes,the problem is resolved after approx 48hours of the breakdown.I am fortunate that I was not fired for Monday morning!I wonder,how come a reputed brand like ACT actually took 48hours to resolve an Internet issue?Is it because my area is little remote than Hyd(i.e.,Shamshabad)?

@MadrasMobile @ACTFibernet This is the SoP followed by ACT in Chennai. I had their connection for years till 2015 or so. Their speeds and pricing make them attractive, but not service. I switched to Hathway, their product is probably slower than ACT, but reliability and support are much better & acceptable
