Dumb company policy vs customer service. Called up @ACTFibernet to let them know a neighbor was going to cut the internet cable (house demolition in progress). Service guy says as per company policy they cannot change the cable if it’s not cut. Now cable is cut and no internet!

@ACTFibernet It has been more than 4 days since I placed a request for a router and reconnection of my account. If you are not able to deliver just mention so I can go ahead with other service providers. Disappointing service, don't recommend.
