@ACTFibernet And while I don't want to sound any preachy, I surely would like to make it a point and want the stakeholders to take a note, that it is fatal to have services down for almost a week. Please work on having a Plan-B/backup for such situations.

@ACTFibernet As discussed on call, you will be providing refund due to no network feasibility. Could have been ethical if same was conveyed by your sales team before taking payment. I was informed that my building already has all wiring done and I will get connection in 1 day
