    Such a bad experience with @ACTFibernet initially it was bad speed, then relocation is frustrating. Customer care not bothered. They promised 24hours but nothing delivered I’m a prepaid customer at a loss. It was a mistake switching from @airtelindia really frustrating.

    What a pathetic service @reliancejio @JioGigaFiber_ no proper answer from customer service for set topbox even after paying for gold plan @ACTFibernet service is far better than you and before the speed was 90mbps but know not even getting 50 mbps😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

    So @ACTFibernet is cleverly making *illegal* agreement with owners for not allowing any ISP except ACT. I’ve registered for Airtel which is available in my area. Formalities done, but at the end owner objected to it. He isn’t telling me to install Act but raising security issue!

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD again same issue started, if the payment is not made before by the due that's you will suspend the net connection, after payment you guys dnt even provide the proper service, ******* hel with you guys, this month is last.. Done with you services.

    @ACTFibernet Nice service guys. Raised request to change plan and no update even after 3 days. Now even internet is not working. Account suspended and can't repay as plan is not changed. If not resolved today, better to switch to big and reliable brands. #poorcustomerservice

    @ACTFibernet I am your customer since 2013. I requested for resetting my router as I had forgotten the password to share my WiFi. I raised this ticket and it was closed just like that. Please attend to it tomorrow without fail.
