@ACTFibernet at this point of work from home, you do not have 24x7 support. I paid for 6 months, and still overdue messages keep coming. Now in the middle of a production issue i lost internet. Who is going to be responsible if i lose job over this?

@ACTFibernet dont know how to. Resolv the issue.... Shut the technician department.... And stop giving salaries.... Last 6months so many complaints no resolution.... Now today i am going to disconnect the power supply untill the issue gets resolved.....

Worst service. Have to raise request for no connection every alternative day. It's been 5 months, missing important meetings. Everytime i talk about disconnection, they ask for last chance. Finally shifting to a local service provider. @ACTFibernet @TrueNorthCo_In @TAAssociates
