Hi @ACTFibernet there is no internet from yesterday onwords. SR10138137392302 this is complaint no. Still there is no responce from your team. Its very difficult to manage work deliverables in this situation without internet. Do something on quick time.

@UdayMannam @ACTFibernet Yes Uday, the router has to be labelled as “Gigabit” to get speed beyond 100mbps. For now you can test it directly plugging the lan cable (from ISP) to computer to rule out other possibility like wiring defect or network setting on network adapter of computer .

@ACTFibernet follwed 3rd of abv On 3rd April 2020 around1:15noon there was a call by someone srinivas 4 asking the issue and when I gave him the explanation the guysaid ok yes we processed 1 box deductions and let me mention to the concerned team about the second box..

@ACTFibernet Also - Internet speed went down drastically from ACT and there is no solution given to it yet. Till the time the complain is open it is working ok. After that it is back to its worst. This also you should mention.
