Good luck asking them to change that! I left after one such problem where the neighbour didn't want the box in their house & internet got cut for 17 days straight! Airtel or Jio is better off!

Please contact me via DM. I will assist you in getting your case filed. Not just the deposit, but we will see they are imposed a hefty costs for this.

Especially in financial district and I want to say you have the worst team who caters to financial distirct. Get your “Act” right and serve customers better.
