(2/2) their have been numerous follow ups with the area guy, but in vain. He has stopped picking my calls also. The customer care team is pathetic. This is emotional and mental harassment. Worst service ever. Would not recommend even to my enemy. @ACTFibernet

Tried taking new internet connection from @ACTFibernet in Hyderabad (Gopanapalli). They said they can't cross the road saying service wires cross their connection. Then they said fixing a new junction box would take more than 3 months...I really don't understand their reasons.
