    @excitel_rocks The worst service I have ever encountered.. Upgraded my plan to 100 mbps but never got more than 40 mbps and none of you ever care thrlough raised several concerns. You guys need to learn a lot from @ACTFibernet @airtelindia

    @ACTFibernet i just now spoke to a customer care representative (a lady) and she challenges me that there is no ticket raised last month for de-activating Zee5, i'll counter challenge replay the last 10 calls recorded & you'll hear that i have requested for deactivating Zee5...

    @ACTFibernet One more great example of assurance Cutomer care not picking calls or putting me on hold or shuffling calls among themselves by saying its Bangalore team tranferring it DELHI ND they never pick it up. This what u vouch for. I would like a complete refund.

    @ACTFibernet How did the complaint get closed with out rectification.. A call came as a checklist activity and got disconnect Post which I get a msg stating the complaint being closed This is not acceptable.. I will escalate the incidents to consumer forum
