    @ACTFibernet big thanks to u 4 giving me Day 5 without broadband. I now talk to my parents daily, that are not that boring I understand now. And btw the best customer care, anything you tell them will be resolved in 24 hours and the same dialogue on day 5 #actcorp #sucks

    @ACTFibernet Thanks ACT for your Wonderful and marvelous support got since 5 days. I am keep on callng this no. and in between calls your executive says that they will connect to service desk and they will disconnect. My query is for new connection setup is this is way u treat us

    @sidsays_ @ACTFibernet @TRAI Airtel and Voda have fell to JIo levels now and they are doing extremely good if you ask me, the PM Internet and call plans are just 30-50 rupees shy of Jio pricing, better service and network now though....

    @ACTFibernet Internet has been down since 12 days!! We had to resort to install GX box. Have spoken to call center many times everyday but no one has contacted for install. Will you reimburse the last 2 weeks of phone bills where we used our own mobile hotspot? This is very bad.

    @ACTFibernet You people take 72 hours to resolve any issue! Worst internet connectivity with drops every now & then, no matter the plan!! And on top of that, you charge 'late fee' without any intimation!!!! @JioCare and @airtelindia, please extend your broadband services in areas
