    @ACTFibernet Internet is down and I called your Customer service team. They are saying that I have to wait for 24 hrs for fixing the issue which is not acceptable at this moment. I have to attend client calls and if I wont attend the calls I have to resign the job.

    @ACTFibernet May be this I am listening from past 3 months. I am an old customer and you are treating like this means and I can understand the situation of others. The person who comes to fix doesn't have the basic sense to give a permanent fix for the connection issue. Better to discontinue

    @ACTFibernet : honestly you are the worst internet service provider in Hyderabad. Full stop. Our internet is shut down since yesterday and there is no help. You don’t have any customer care and no help on the app as well. Just raising tickets. I will get this disconnected now.

    @ACTFibernet have raised a complaint for the same issue, for the 2nd time in 2 days. It still hasn’t been resolved. The 1st ticket was closed saying that the connection was perfectly fine. Turns out the technician wasn’t even present at the location. Ticket no: SR10266375340030

    @ACTFibernet Forget all those things. You charge a flat fee at the start of the month and then you disconnect in the month when the money is paid. You provide no resolution. Is the customer a fool. What kind of business ethics you have.
