As a customer I think I have the right to know what the problem is, and its progress status. A courtesy call with an explanation could have done wonders. That's too much to expect I guess.

Please work on having a Plan-B/backup for such situations.

It has been 10days now since I got shifted and your employees are just harassing me at this point. I even have an active plan.
