    @ACTFibernet Also - Internet speed went down drastically from ACT and there is no solution given to it yet. Till the time the complain is open it is working ok. After that it is back to its worst. This also you should mention.

    @HathwayBrdband why don't you care about your customers. 2 days since your modem stopped working, innumerable calls to your customer care everytime i get a response that issue will be fixed before completion of 2hours yet 2 days over now.@airtelindia @ACTFibernet #Covid_19india

    @ACTFibernet I got conctn on 13Apr20 lctn Sharada Nagar Mhptm Hyd ordered wit wifi router.thy hav conctd and actvd but didn't receive wifi router.if i try to reach sales team thy gave me another technician nbr(9553644113kumar)its swtchd off. Pathetic service which I nvr expected

    @ACTFibernet Pls help and make it fast. We have calls and presentations. Automated msg ahould come to your server if our main box not working. Use Technology we r in 21st century same old tickets and you guys come in 24 hrs this is slow process. @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_tt

    @ACTFibernet you day, Dear Customer, Your ACT Fibernet Ticket no:SR10138851479472 has been registered. We find ACT connection is intact and working. In case issues, we recommend you to please switch off your router, wait for 10 mins and switch on. Fyi, Mylord ROUTER not installed

    @ACTFibernet Act is a very bad nd a fraud company. Refrain from using it. They charge u for 300 Mbps and would give u less than 100mbps speed and for anything and everything u have to keep restarting the modem.

    @ACTFibernet is this the customer service u provide? I have an issue since i got your service. O am paying u for 300mbps speed and inturn u r giving me speed of less than 100mbps and not replying too. This is mere fraud and I am not going to let it go. Wait nd watch fraud company

    @ACTFibernet your service is down for more than 12 hours now and you keep sending surveys on customer support. Your support is the worst I have experienced. Waiting for lockdowns to be lifted to switch to @airtelindia fiber. They hav a resolution time of less than 2 hours.
