    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD These days ACT internet is going down regularly. Not enjoying the experience. Every time there is an outage, additional number of days should be added to the plan to customer plans so that our money is worth.

    @ACTFibernet It was frustrating to tell you that I had to reopen the ticket multiple times when it was closed without any resolution. Even now I didn't see anyone from your team contacted or tried to resolve issue.

    @TRAI @ACTFibernet your network is the worst in town, where internet is used the most in weekends & every weekend there is an outage. Third class service issue & we've paid for full year in advance & we don't get and refund for service not given. 4days/month = 1½month/year.

    @ACTFibernet And while I don't want to sound any preachy, I surely would like to make it a point and want the stakeholders to take a note, that it is fatal to have services down for almost a week. Please work on having a Plan-B/backup for such situations.

    @ACTFibernet I made Payment. No installation yet. Commitment was by 10:30 AM to be done. Cancelled my urgent meeting waiting for installation. No one is here till now. No apology necessary. Pls improve customer experience.

    @ACTFibernet Not even bothered to inform us about status. In turn we have chased your support team for 3 days to get it done. Total 5 days of our time wasted on it. Very poor service support.

    Hello @ACTFibernet myself kiran, i got a new connection on 27/06/2019 and ACT promised to activate my account in 48hrs, i got ethernet cable by 28/06/2019. But my account is not activated till now..my account number 101804780470. Please help me

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Internet down. One week now!! Phone number never gets connected. No call or follow up. This is literally cheating/looting customers for their money. Very frustrating.

    @ACTFibernet I was told that my issue will be looked into and it's been more than 4days now and no one has responded. I want the battery to be replaced for ur Hub in my apartment as there is no back-up whatsover when no power. Do something

    Friends please avoid @ACTFibernet at @Nelamnagala Town. U will see be screwed to the core. The way they are providing service is worst than any government office. Better to recharge ur phone and use as hotspot device.

    ACT Fibernet facing the worst experience. They change your CX box without informing you if you miss a call. And if you tell them to place it back they will come up that they can't do it. It's my colleague's mistake. @ACTFibernet #actfibernet
