    @ACTFibernet FALSE promise given by ur sales person while taking connection stating the router will support internet speed up to 300 mbps, now wen I upgrade the plan to 100 mbps, ur technician confirmed that it will not support.

    @ACTFibernet Before upgrading plan from 50 to 100 mbps Plan, ur customer care associate had also confirmed that my router will support 100 mbps. WRONG INFORMATION given to me. Who is responsible for this issue ?????

    @ACTFibernet we lost connectivity yesterday evening and raised a complaint immediately. Until now, there is no update. When I called to customer service, I was kept in waiting for 15min before someone connected and kept me on hold for few minutes and disconnected call. Disgusting

    @ACTFibernet Yep, it was resolved but we need to wait and watch for how long. This time the technician said that it’s a two way switch which was the issue. So, not sure who is telling the truth. This could have been resolved if u could have installed a box in my house. Thanks though

    Hey @ACTFibernet, what's the lifecycle for a customer request? Is it just Open -> Closed? I don't see my requests are getting resolved. I open a ticket and after 2 days the ticket gets closed without resolving or notifying the customer even. Best among d worst service providers!
