    I changed my home and accordingly changed my net connection to new location, got connected in noon yet unable to access Internet, raised complaint but of no use. @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet giving regular trouble, atleast once a week it won't work atleast for few hours.😑😭🤢

    @ACTFibernet And they will not give your money back, let's connect and raise a complaint against ACT in consumer forum. Coz this is ridiculous, Out of 5 working week days, if the internet does not work for 2 days, it is of no use then.

    @ACTFibernet applied for a connection and paid 3779 for six months. Now the act sales executive is saying connection is not feasible. I totally agree with this. But the refund is not initiated from act. Please help ASAP

    I never had such an worst experience ever in my life which I'm facing with @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD it's been only 2days that my internet issue has been resolved after 3 days of complaint now again I lost net connection last night now don't know how many days it will take 1/2

    @ACTFibernet you guys never fail to surprise us. Every month there is an internet issue. You guys are absolute ****. I mean is this the way of looting customers like two days of each & every month you want the customers to not use internet and pay you complete month bill!

    @ACTFibernet what a poor service I left ACT almost 5 month and on the new location no feasibility which is checked by your team thousands of times and still your team does not know or able to update the status do no call this customer again n again and same question

    @ACTFibernet will take your money shamelessly, do fake checks before installation & will not provide refund even if their service is horrible, & please stay away from their 3/6/12 month plans. Before subscribing to their wifi, please get second/third opinion & save your money
