The Internet Service Provider @ACTFibernet is one of the worst service providers. For almost 1yr every month I have been raising complaints regarding bad connection no one will respond properly but they charge u full amount even if u face problem from der end.

I have referred my friend succesfully, and he joined act through my referral, but no referal bonus adjusted in my bill amount. This is another reason why I want to move from act to another network.Ive called multiple for adjusting the referall bonus in my bill cycle @ACTFibernet

Their service was so pathetic and when I call customer care they say that whole area is expierencing it seems. This reason they gave me for a while year. So fed up and changed to @airtelindia
