Facing hell lot of issues lately with @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD when I tried to call and explain the issue to the support team they disconnected the call in the middle of the conversation. I think now its time to seriously look for better alternatives.

@ACTFibernet day passed. Escalate first to your chief marketing officer Ravi on false promise by sales . If this holds unresolved by Tuesday , I do need to escalated the same further. With no one to properly define for customer rights this is both haunting holding money & delayed service.
