    @ACTFibernet Once Again NO INTERNET. Often there is Interruption in Internet. We pay Annually, and Regret for paying. Advertisement is Big & High but Uninterrupted Service is not there.

    @ACTFibernet You have one of the worst customer care service in India.. you don't have proper customer care number also.. wat the hell.. If we stopped paying bills.. you'll start sending msgs,mails & Cal's.. But if we ask for customer care service...no answer @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet has the worst service I have ever experienced. We lost our mobile number (number itself is dead) and unfortunately that is connected with our Act account. Trying to change it using app, No use. Trying to contact them by a call, executive put us in endless call loop!

    @ACTFibernet No clear instructions on upgrading to ACT GIGA. No IVR option in customer care for Plan upgrade. Only Marketing gimmick to get money from customers in the name of smartfiber. Asking money to pay upfront for GIGA plan without checking feasibility.

    @ACTFibernet And it get worse!!! Mr. Ravi and Mr.Suresh Babu from ACT say it does not matter if they don’t provide the service ACT’s ‘policy’ has changed to increase the price of plan that was already sold and not comply with the agreement sold. And to also not provide a refund. #unethical

    Hi guys, is there any fiber net available in #Tirupathi other than @ACTFibernet. Because I facing lot of struggles with this customer support. It took around 10 days for shifting the connection but still it is in pending state only.😡😡😡😡
