    @ACTFibernet Sadly it worked only for 24 hours & became unserviceable again. New SR10130949239282. The technician was worried about closing SR than providing lasting resolution. Now I am without uninterrupted internet for the last 10 days. So much for big claims made by @ACTFibernetHYD

I have been using my mobile data a lot before I figured that my Cherrinet router to extender was a Cat5 cable & hence the slow speed. Changed to Cat6 & this solved. Might be something of that sort. Just check with someone. ACT is good.

    @ACTFibernet Junction box installed in my house, not getting discount due to being ineligible as only 1 connection going through it (i.e. my conn) as per customer support. Does the junction box not need electricity for 1 connection? Who will reimburse for power consumption?
