@ACTFibernet Once Again NO INTERNET. Often there is Interruption in Internet. We pay Annually, and Regret for paying. Advertisement is Big & High but Uninterrupted Service is not there.

@ACTFibernet has the worst service I have ever experienced. We lost our mobile number (number itself is dead) and unfortunately that is connected with our Act account. Trying to change it using app, No use. Trying to contact them by a call, executive put us in endless call loop!

I took a connect in September. In 4 months, 5 complaints on Internet being down. It will take atleast 24 hours for someone to come and resolve. Out of frustration I raised a termination request with 1 month left in plan. I have already paid the whole plan amount. #ACTFibernet

@neoelemento @ACTFibernet Im experiencing the same problems with ACT. Today the internet speeds just dropped so a ridiculously slow speed and is stagnant at that rate right now. I called CS and their entire system is down but apparently that shouldn’t effect our internet? It makes no sense.

@ACTFibernet i called customer care and waited 13 minutes from waitlist 19, when my number came no one was speaking, no one called back, app isn't opening to raise a complaint. This is the last option I'm trying. My internet isn't working.
