    Looting money on the name of fast internet, and providing the worst service possible...thy name is @ACTFibernet in a city like Bangalore. You can't talk to their c.r!! they always disconnect or put you on hold forever! Cant downgrade plan! 😙😌

    @ACTFibernet It's the third day now that internet is not working. No update on anything being done to resolve the problem? What kind of service is this? I want a refund of my plan for 3 days and hope you fix the connection soon before I shift.

    @ACTFibernet I received a call from the technical team from Chennai and he agreed to escalate the issue to the concerned team yet I have not received any response or have been contacted. I had an issue again on Wednesday and the field engineer attended to it and the ticket was closed.
