    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I was being told that it will be resolved by 6 pm yesterday if not by today 9 am both of these didn’t happen either. is this how the customers are treated when we say we are facing the issues #disappointedwithactfibernet #issueswithactfibernet

    @ACTFibernet your connectivity always sucks. Whenever there's an important work that time only it loses the connectivity. Literally very much pissed off. Have to switch to other ISP like @reliancejio Fibre, the thing I am eagerly waiting for Jio Fibre to start a connectivity.

    @ACTFibernet SR10162617324762 Same I raised on sept 5th internet not working every 15days I am facing issue I called executive 9121015806 he said to report in HO Banjara hills no body responding. Please rectify my problem internet not working.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD is it necessary to share the WiFi password and/or router login password with your technicians every time they visit? Why aren’t they having devices that can connect to router via cable to check for connectivity issues?

    @ACTFibernet This is ongoing issue keeps on going internet off this is second time at this month I thought it would be branded ISA providers but not keeps on going off ,when power goes off even internet also going off Please check with concern team resolve it

    @ACTFibernet it’s been three days. My work is getting affected. Initially, I was given ETC of 24 hrs and it is being pushed forward every time ETC approaches. PLEASE RESOLVE THE ISSUE ASAP.
