@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ame_dia why do u charge premium for the worst services. Every 2nd day, connection issues or speed issues. No customer support. No point of contact. Not going to pay anything. Tickets raised, but always takes too much time to solve. Again same prob.

@ACTFibernet I have raised one ticket about internet not working on 11.5.21 The resolution time says 12. 5.21 by 19.00 hrs . Please fix the issue by then or else I request you to refund half of my bill( already paid) and disconnect your services.

@ACTFibernet WOW ACT what a service you are providing to your customers. SR10256355152892 was raised on Saturday 5/08 around 5.30 pm and the issue is supposed to resolved by 5/09. But till today no response, CS says issue has been escalated and still no resolution.
