    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence horrible experience with your broadband service in Delhi. Facing issues with router your app gives error while diagonse (over 1 month)/ now). Router of cheapest quality. Saved by @ACTFibernet during these WFH lost my faith in Airtel. Pathetic.

And what double standards you guys have, for new connections there's a customer care, but for existing connection there's 0 support.
