    @ACTFibernet Pathatic service I came accross with Act fiber this is my account no 101930204057 this is disconnected by saying shifting charges if that so from which place shifting is done Before reconnection I called cc to know about plans it was told to me to pay 2691 for 6 months.

    @ACTFibernet is the worst company. Once payment done for new connection, No one pick the call. Not even we get support from Call center. They simply say we don't have team to serve you. Then why the hell you are running business when you don't have team...

    Facing hell lot of issues lately with @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD when I tried to call and explain the issue to the support team they disconnected the call in the middle of the conversation. I think now its time to seriously look for better alternatives.

    Pathetic customer experience. After relentless tries to customer care since 3days, but none with proper information and just same robotic explanations. In an era where our lives are so dependent on Internet for WFH, such untrusty assistance with high rental fees. @ACTFibernet
