Repeatedly requesting to recetify, but it is fallen on deaf ears, one of the worst worst internet I have seen. I can download a file in very good speed in idea sim atleast 200 kbps. Was told someone would visit me in two hours to check the issue didn’t happen. Ticket was prioritised twice but no response still. 3rd time asked for an escalation line got dc. No resolution yet.

Samrudh (@samjag123) reported@ACTFibernet I changed my plan on 2nd of January and it got changed. Previous plan was worth 10.5K and current plan is 6.5K.. My bill is due tomorrow but still the old bill amount is reflecting.. I contacted 3 times regarding this and no resolution yet.
