    @ACTFibernet why is the act is still using the copper wire when all other internet service provider is using fiber I have learned that act is using copper wire only in hyderabad but not to other city

    The Internet Service Provider @ACTFibernet is one of the worst service providers. For almost 1yr every month I have been raising complaints regarding bad connection no one will respond properly but they charge u full amount even if u face problem from der end.

    @ACTFibernet what a worst experience we are paying for 400 mbps speed and we are getting only 100 mbps speed and once contracted with act technician they are saying that there is a problem in your router for the past 2 year router has became the problem

    The service that @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet is providing to its customers is really not acceptable these days. Have not experienced so frequent internet issues which are eventually affecting work life. We r bound to switch to different broadband connections. #unhappycustomer

    @ACTFibernet And they will not give your money back, let's connect and raise a complaint against ACT in consumer forum. Coz this is ridiculous, Out of 5 working week days, if the internet does not work for 2 days, it is of no use then.

    @ACTFibernet It's not a short period it's a longer issue basically your team not taking basic measures on wiring seems& those wires touch to electric wires and electricity departments cutting those wires and for fixing may taking longer time . Resolve the issue soon impacting our work.

    @ACTFibernet I got call from ACT team, There is no feasibility to connect the box in My area. Also said it will take time to resolve the issue, you may disconnect the connection, we will initiate the refund. Team it's been week still my issue not resolved its hampering my work.

    I have referred my friend succesfully, and he joined act through my referral, but no referal bonus adjusted in my bill amount. This is another reason why I want to move from act to another network.Ive called multiple for adjusting the referall bonus in my bill cycle @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet The nonsense continues. No one has come to move the connection. I wait for 20 min each time on a call then a hand off happens and the call is disconnected. Have done this 4 times. Over 2 hours lost just waiting on call. Ridiculous customer service

    Hey @ACTFibernet, I’m paying for a 400 Mbps plan but consistently getting only ~100 Mbps or less. I’ve raised 4 to 5 complaints, and every time the same technician is assigned. He asks me to close the ticket using the OTP without actually fixing the issue.

    Your team doesn't value customer's time. False commitments and no intimation to the customers on the installation time of a new connection. Your team wasted my entire day by giving false hopes on the new internet connection installation. Really shameful! @ACTFibernet
