@ACTFibernet . Pathetic service at lal Bazar, TRIMULGHERRY. Internet gets disconnected for no reason. This is 5th complaint in 2 weeks. Your technician's fix something and close the ticket but the problem arrives once he leaves. Need action. Not paying sure until it is resolved.

Without even confirming the issue as resolved, ticket was closed. And made to pay the last month bill for which there is no internet. Resolve this

@ACTFibernet This is regarding my ACT Fibernet ticket no SR10377845130524 raised last Thursday 4pm . I lost my wifi connection and the technician came to resolve my issue only after 18 hours of raising the ticket. The issue is not resolved yet as I’ve lost it again.
