@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD These days ACT internet is going down regularly. Not enjoying the experience. Every time there is an outage, additional number of days should be added to the plan to customer plans so that our money is worth.

@TRAI @ACTFibernet your network is the worst in town, where internet is used the most in weekends & every weekend there is an outage. Third class service issue & we've paid for full year in advance & we don't get and refund for service not given. 4days/month = 1½month/year.

@ACTFibernet My customer I’d is 102643840570 registered in name of Kshipra Singh. The worst costumer support I have seen ever in Banglore. Maximum staff are untrained and unskilled. I have a small issue with the Network connection and static IP. They are not able fix it.
