    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I was out of HYDERABAD since 9th Feb due to emergency reasons, my internet connection plan expired on apr-21 and I did not used single byte of it,now 1 month plan added to my account without my concent? Please address and cancel this month plan #act

    @ACTFibernet Issue has been resolved around 6 PM today. I'm not really sure if a technician actually got to the box and fixed it or it just started working by itself. I'm happy that I got the internet back. Thank you!!!

    @ACTFibernet Absolutely pathetic service. No accountability in the team, no Customercare response. Opted for Gold plan and got silver, it been challenge even to connect to executives.

    @ACTFibernet YOUR SERVICE IS SO DAMN PATHETIC. 3 DIFFERENT TECHNICIANS FROM ACT VISITED US ON SAME DAY BUT WERE NOT ABLE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. CUSTOMER CARE HAD A TOTALLY DIFFERENT STORY FOR ME. I THINK I WILL HAVE TO SWITCH TO A DIFFERENT SERVICE PROVIDER. WORST SERVICE BY ACT

    @ACTFibernet Your technician came to collect money 5 days ago for a new connection. The worst part is he stopped answering my calls since 2 days. I understand there can be some unexpected delays but not answering calls is seriously an unprofessional behavior. Location: Guntur

    @ACTFibernet Woww what a service. Nobody attends the complaint. They just call and say we will check the equipment in your building and then nobody even attends and the ticket is closed !! So pathetic. And now again the internet is not working.

    @ACTFibernet I feel mobile operators in Bangalore are providing better service than you. Have been paying bills on time for 150 mbs and i get 5mbps on wifi. My mobile data is giving me 30+ Mbps Thanks @reliancejio
