    @ACTFibernet Absolutely pathetic service. No accountability in the team, no Customercare response. Opted for Gold plan and got silver, it been challenge even to connect to executives.

    @ACTFibernet Issue has been resolved around 6 PM today. I'm not really sure if a technician actually got to the box and fixed it or it just started working by itself. I'm happy that I got the internet back. Thank you!!!

    @ACTFibernet Your technician came to collect money 5 days ago for a new connection. The worst part is he stopped answering my calls since 2 days. I understand there can be some unexpected delays but not answering calls is seriously an unprofessional behavior. Location: Guntur

    @ACTFibernet YOUR SERVICE IS SO DAMN PATHETIC. 3 DIFFERENT TECHNICIANS FROM ACT VISITED US ON SAME DAY BUT WERE NOT ABLE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. CUSTOMER CARE HAD A TOTALLY DIFFERENT STORY FOR ME. I THINK I WILL HAVE TO SWITCH TO A DIFFERENT SERVICE PROVIDER. WORST SERVICE BY ACT

    @ACTFibernet I was promised a call back within 4 hrs from a manager yesterday but that never happened! I was transferred by a representative and hung up on! Your CEO should know what the hell is going on. It’s more than 24 hours now I have msg from u that issue will get resolved by 4pm today.
